I was charged double face value of the tickets I purchased. With the $38 service fee and the $50 up charge on the ticket. Then come to find the e-tickets I downloaded weren't even the seats we ordered. Brian is a scum bag, bottom feeder, who sits around and scams people out of money. The link for Ticket Galaxy was sent to my wife's email for the event. She followed through with the purchase under the impression that these were some of the last tickets. I went directly to venues website and they had plenty of seating available for cheaper and a lot closer. This should be considered scalping.

DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM TICKEY GALAXY. I purchased floor seats for the Drake Concert in Austin for my 2 kids to see a concert and surprised them with the gift. They were SO EXCITED. 2 days later got an email asking me to call in regards to my tickets. Lo and behold "their supplier oversold the floor seats" and they don't have any for me after all. They then offered me tickets in the nosebleed section instead. It's a scam and they shouldn't be allowed on the internet.

horrible. Scam. Be aware. Back in December 2019, I purchased tickets online, obviously. Got confirmation email from Ticket Galaxy with the order number during the day. Days go by, it was my American express card that notified me that I was refunded the tickets (absolutely no email from Ticket Galaxy). I emailed TG a copy of the confirmation but to be told that I ordered the tickets "off business hours"is why they could not process my order. (What internet vendor have "off hours"?). I know they sold my tickets to another buyer for a higher price. Now I can not get the tickets anywhere else for the same price and American Express is not doing anything about this (it was American Express that promoted Ticket Galaxy back in December 2019). Should be zero stars.

I bought some box tickets for a Coheed and Cambria show. Customer service was very helpful and knowledgeable, and made the whole process a breeze. Tickets were transferred promptly and I got an email with detailed instructions! Overall, wonderful service, would recommend for people looking to buy tickets for sold out, gotta see shows.

Stubhub or Ticketmaster is were to go. Ticket Galaxy charged ticket face value + 18% "fee". Website was clean of any branding so I assumed it was the venues site. I feel tricked. When I got my tickets, they were from Ticketmaster. Called Ticket Galaxy and was told "all sales final" . Will avoid Ticket Galaxy like the plague.

I've used this company for the past 7 concerts I have gone to and they are the best!!! Super helpful, if you need help with something they are always ready to help, respond to emails super fast, I emailed a lady 18 times and she responded quicker and quicker every time being more and more helpful with every response! I highly recommend you use this company in your ticket purchases because they are cheap reliable and incredibly helpful and kind. All around great company and will continue using ticket galaxy in the future!!

My wife bought concert tickets thinking this was the official venue site. They charged an exorbitant amount of money for what we got. She was tricked and I feel totally taken advantage of. They're bottom feeding scumbags.

STAY AWAY> YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR TICKETS. I purchased 3 WWE tickets for my son's 9th birthday and chose the option for download tickets. The day before the show they told me they didn't receive the tickets from their supplier. SORRY AND THE SHOW IS SOL,D OUT NOW. Oh ya, and you wont get your money back for 7 days. I had called 4 days in a row before that and they said everything is fine. They said they searched for tickets elsewhere for me but they were sold out. I searched for tickets and found 3 right away from the venue the show was taking place. These people are horrible.

They misrrepresented the tickets on their site and refused to even exchange the tickets when I confronted them. Clearly, they are banking on the fact that people won't bother to take them to small claims court. Find a reputable broker...don't get burned like I did.

I ordered Paper tickets for a Yankees game and paid extra for expedited shipping and a higher price for the paper tickets. But I was sent digital tickets that I could not use. After calling the Ticket Galaxy and stating I specifically ordered Paper tickets and could not use digital ones. I was told by Emily T. tough luck there are no refunds even if the website has the listing wrong. Emily T. then suggested I loose most of my money be reselling the same tickets on their website. Emily T. also said all they have to do is deliver the tickets and email counts regardless of the order. I wasn't even refunded the shipping charge because Emily T. stated they were shipped via email. What a scam.
