This is quite the unique venue. The interior design is much like the nearby Mission Inn. Snack bar pricing is a little high, but they let you bring the snacks into the venue, much like a regular theater. Overall a good experience.

We got the VIP EXPERIENCE and loved going into the theater from another entrance, the staff...(very friendly) directing you to the perfect setup of dining before the show...then...the show itself!!! EXCELLENT!!

I went to the fox performance art center to see The Whispers perform it was an awesome experience the seating was awesome. The securely was friendly and soon as you come through the doors everyone says hello. To take you directly to your seats they had good refreshments they also served margaritas drinks that was reasonable. After the performance The Whispers came out takeing pictures with professional photographer. The bathrooms was exceptional also we have free parking on the upper structures. Don't park on the lower structures because it has a time limit and you will get a ticket. The staff was professional in every way. Hope my review helped you.

I have seen many concerts and musical shows here and sat everywhere from second row to back of the balcony and I can say that there is not a bad seat in the house. The sound system is excellent and the theater has been beautifully restored. There is plenty of parking in the attached parking structure. Box office is open every day so you can avoid ticket master fees by buying your tickets directly.

We have attended three events at the Fox:

The good:
The building is beautiful. It is a work of art.

The bad:
Fox installed powerful line array speakers that overpower the venue. High frequencies dominate the sound spectrum and make the sound quite harsh and there is a lack of midrange. Powerful subs provide decent base but the lack of midrange and harsh highs make sound awful. This could be fixed- but so far I have seen no improvements.

My friend and I had a wonderful experience at this theater. I purchased tickets to see what I thought was a musical of The Little Mermaid because my friend had never been to a live stage production. Well, as it turns out, both of us got a big surprise. What we thought was going to be a musical, turned out to be the ballet of The Little Mermaid, and so, even myself had a first time experience with ballet. The Inland Ballet Pacific company gave my friend and I an experience to last a long, long time. The production was the perfect way to celebrate our special occasion. Thank you to the Inland Pacific Ballet company for a job well done. We will see more of this ballet company in the future.

To Whom it May Concern:
Hello there, I will be unsubscribing and will make it my best attempt to NOT visit FOX Theater for events. I purchased good (expensive) seats on the main level and watched a show. The problem wasn t the show nor the age of the location, the problem was with your staff that made a remark to me on the way out as if he was still in his "barrio" and to boot he kept starring at me, as if; I where to stop (waste of time) he would have confronted me with arms out and a WHAT! Would have come out of his mouth, I ignored it and thought to myself how many more people is he doing this to or has already done this. Thank you for your time and I will be unsubscribing.

This stellar review for Live Nation Security is Way Overdue.
Backstory: I had the good fortune of landing 2 of the very last available seats for Derek Hough on May Thurs, 30th; which, as you can imagine, were at the very top of the theaters balcony. Nevertheless, we were going! and I was poised to take my 87yr old mother to see one of her favorite performers live! What a grand surprise! Being that I work in Riverside, I had some knowledge of the area and planned my parking strategy well. I had even made 2 different calls in as many days to confirm that this was indeed a good plan. And since it was assigned seating, there was no need of stressing to arrive way early.
However, Upon arrival we found that our perfect spot was closed and we had little time before the show was to start. So I dropped off my tech challenged mom with tickets that needed to be scanned from her phone as I sought parking that would be reasonable to trek to in the dark after the show.
OMGosh!!!! There was nothing Anywhere that wasn't across construction sites and/or blocks and blocks away. All way too far and cumbersome for a pair of distinguished women of a vintage age to be slogging in the dark of evening this side of midnight.
Thus begins the lavish experience we encountered with numerous Live Nation Attendants that would make our evening not only safe but exceptional ,and more than accommodating.
Suffice to say, Julian went out of his way both inside and outside the theater to make sure we were easily parked nearby, that we had adequate access to elevators and ushers to offer support. I had a recently injured knee and end up requiring a wheelchair and assistance immediately upon entering the venue. Juan took me up to the mezzanine where we learned that in order to meet up with my mom I would need to hike up to the second row from the top of the theater. Yeah, at this point that wasnt happening. At this juncture Beverly stepped in and finagled 2 alternate seats on the main floor so I didn't have to make that climb and mom and I could sit together.
The generous treatment did not stop there. I was seated first, preferring to let my mother wait until intermission to relocate and immediately the YIP treatment continued and even stepped up a notch. A woman whose name I believe is Jo (I'm so sorry darlin if this incorrect; - middle-aged woman with short brown hair ) got me to my new diggs and offered essentially bottle service. At intermission when my theater partner was to be shown her new seat, my mom was nowhere to be found. Bless her heart, what happened to my mum??? "Jo" went off to fetch her to no avail, though not without every effort. Then dear, dear Julian came round to check on me, learned that we were still not unified and took it upon himself to run up those 3 flights of stairs (elevator was on the blink) to find her himself. And again, in no time Julian escorted my sweet mum to our new seats. And once again, the wonderful "Jo" was right there asking to take her order. The attitude of every single person, from every department (especially Security), was so kind and eager to help. We were treated like royalty. At program's end, Julian and co. were again right there to wheel me and escort us all the way to our car.
I cant say enough about these generous and remarkable human beings. Their caring made the difference between having a wonderful, enjoyable and memorable evening, and enduring one of pain and exasperation.
This night has evolved into one of the most precious experiences my mom & I have shared together and one she still references when talking with family and friends.
Bless You All- I may not recall each of your names (...you know who you are!) but I will always remember your kindness.

Been driving by this place for more than a year. And suddenly noticed that they were going to play Kill Bill, movies one Friday night. Love the movie, seen it and own it. But it is so much fun tobsee it at a theatre! And this place was great! The interior is just beautiful! The staff was very curtious. But the ancient seats were really bad. The seats are from a time when most of the population was an average of 5.6. Or even less. It's hard to sit here for more than an hour. You have no elbow room sitting here. The movie was great. The refreshments were... Well $5.00 for a 12 ounce can of soda. Yeah... I will visit again, but will stay away from the sodas. It really is a very nice theatre. And they have some really cool upcoming shows. Hope you like it too.

The theater is historic and the architecture is very detailed. The venue offers a good selection of seats, all of which can see the stage well. We had a great time, but the theater was a bit dirty.

Wonderful theater. I went to see the incredibles and the movie started late. The drinks were $8 with free refills but they wont give you the full can they pour half and then say you can comeback for more.

Attended my niece high school graduation. It was horrible!!!! The staff was disrespectful and there was not enough seating for everyone. They should have planned better and moved the event somewhere with more seating.

This is smaller and more intimant than the Fox in Atlanta.
We were some what close to the stage but even the seats further back looked good. I would guess there are not many bad seats in this theater.

Great theater sound and sight. Bars are easy and the staff is nice. Parking is easy too! Now getting to Riverside is the challenge and do you even want to try? Depends on who's there? If all the stars line up its worth it.
