I don't think these are Parm fries..
My brussel sprouts were drowned in balsamic and my Georgia peach drink was basically sugared peach tea.
On top of all that, waiting forever for my appetizer while the rest of my table was served without any issues.
Last year, this places service and food were great, maybe it's the time of day I came.. but this was not a good experience.

We've been here many times over the years. No issues. Most of the staff is spot on. There are a few stinkers but you're going to have that any where you go.

Terrible service on a slow night. Sat for 10 minutes with no one even asking us about drinks. Ordered a glass of wine and waited over 15 minutes for that. Waiter blamed it on computer issues. Told another table the kitchen was backed up but there weren't even 10 tables with people in the place. Terrible service. Explains why it's empty.
The service is outstanding and the portions are gargantuan! The food is good but not great.
Food looked waaay better than what it tasted. fries were under cooked and boneless wings dry. It also had a weird after taste like that use old cooking oil. This is the Second time i went the food was nasty.
The First time, the chili was horrible! Tastes like the. Canned chilli you put on hot dogs at a kids party...

10 on Hospitality & Service. Friends and I eat with here before going to the nearby theater. Staff is very friendly and greets you like friends. Service is fast and I've liked every menu item I've tried, but the chicken tacos are really good.
It gets crowded for boxing matches and the servers get overwhelmed. They grind it out though.

The place has definitely gone down in quality since the pandemic hit. The loaded fries were mushed together with what taste like almost spoiled mozzarella cheese. The voodoo burgers were good, but one patty was way smaller in size than the other and we both ordered the same thing. Chips for the spinach dip was stale. Every time I use to visit here it was always top notch food. Now, it seems as though they are making food poorly,
They have an impressive selection of foods and drinks. There's plenty to do and the staff is GREAT! It's hard to find an excuse not to come here
Was okay food besides fries, they messed up my boyfriend's order gave him a different burger then ordered. Kinda slow.
Food is decent, The bartender wasn't. No introduction, very short with me. My food came out at a good time and did the job. The bartender however no check ins or asking how was the food. Will not be coming back, two stars are for the kitchen.

Great place for parties of over a dozen with two separate rooms with pool tables. Service has always been good there. Food is the typical bar/restaurant type. Conveniently located just off I-271 and Mayfield for locals and out of town guests. The place seems somewhat dated. It could use a makeover. The bar area can be somewhat noisy. Some IPAs available.
We were in two nights in a row. The first night was great. Our server Marcus was awesome. The second night was a different story. We saw Marcus but he wasnt our server. Our server never introduced herself and wasnt very attentive. The food was good but we had to ask the bartender to let the server know we needed our check as she was nowhere to be found. Also the first nights manager was great making sure everything was good and very friendly. The second nights manager never came around. You could see him but no customer interaction. Reading the reviews and seems to me you only had respond to the people who give 4 stars. Maybe you need to respond to the 1,2, and three stars so people will want to give 5 stars.
Good food, decent beer selection and, full size pool tables!
Had a great time with my uncle. The crowd during the day time is a little older which is a good thing (no drama). The server was very friendly; we went for their free happy hour and played for 2 hours. Great time... just recommend you replace the table clothes on each pool table they are stained and it doesn't look appealing for such a nice establishment.
Service took forever, server forgot dressing, just not a pleasant experience.
We used to love this place, but they recently changed their menu. Not a big fan of the new appetizers or desserts. The Korean meatballs were bland and small portioned. The Philly was good, but not constructed well so the cheese made it a fork meal. The grilled cheese on the other hand was excellent and the service was spot on.
Open seating for first time people dont wait to be seated. Nice crowd of people and food is pretty good. It's a clean place with lots of TVs everywhere to see whatever event is on.
Bartender was rude and inattentive but overall good atmosphere.
Food was very good, service prompt and polite. Our sever Jennifer was efficient and attentive, but not overbearing. The manager help with floor duties and ask customers if they were satisfied. The TVs were easy to see and clear. Go Browns!

To high on price on mixed drinks, by other then that an ok place
Always a great atmosphere. Usually go to shoot pool as they have big tables. Price to shoot pool is very much so worth it at $8/hr. Service is outstanding as well.
I only ever eat burgers and that was by far the best cheeseburger I've ever had. Amazing flavor with every bite
Terrible service. I've been in a few times just for drinks and pool. Every time has been fairly busy so I didn't think anything about the long wait for drinks. Well I recently went in with my dad to get some food and shoot some pool. After waiting about 10 minutes, I had to wave to the server to get a drink order. We also ordered 2 dozen wings at this time because we knew what we wanted. Our order came out before the drinks which was about 20 minutes. The order was wrong and we told the waitress. She said she would handle it. We then got our drinks. 45 minutes passed and our waitress was busy playing and feeding her chold. I get it if you can't findo a babysitter but if you're going to bring your child to work that shouldn't come before your customers. Anyway we never got the order fixed and after an hour and a half we left. I will probably never spend my money in that establishment again.
I came in here on a Sunday afternoon to maybe watch the NASCAR race (this place calls itself a sports bar). Fairly empty. I came in and stood at the bar for a few to see if the race could be turned on any of the TVs. After a few mins the guy behind the bar who was standing 5 ft. away from me with his back to me turned around and greeted me. I asked about the race and he said the TVs are pre progammed and they couldnt turn the race on. I sat down anyway ordered a beer. I pulled a menu wanting to eat. The guy returned with my beer, turned around and proceded to return talking to the people one chair away from me with his back to me again. That was my last interaction with him. He never came back. He never took my order. At one point he left to get food for the people he was talking to. I was right next to the register so I know he saw me as he rang out other customers. He was 5 feet away from me! I finished my beer and started typing this. Another server came over and asked if I wanted another beer. I asked for my check. Before, at one point, she had started a convo with the bar guy saying "Let me tell you 'bout my fu@#ing night last night."... I wont be back. I'm going to Buffalo Wild Wings. They will have the race on and they will be happy to take my food order with no profanity.

Nice place, really enjoy the music trivia nights, and there is a large game room. However, the food is overpriced for what you get, in my opinion, and the service is usually very slow.
I know one of the cooks on a personal level so I go in occasionally when I'm on the east side . Great atmosphere , and great food. Over all each time I've gone in its been a great experience

The atmosphere was cool and laid back, but the service was horrible. The drinks were very weak, I had to ask for a glass of water 4 times, when the food finally came it had to be sent back because we said no bacon, then when that finally came back it still was wrong. We will not be returning.
Been a fan of Fox and Hound for years. This location is nice, spacious and clientele seems great too.
I'd recommend visiting this location.

Great place for playing pool and enjoying a wide selection of beer. I appreciated the waitress giving me a free pool table on a Tuesday night.
Waitress with long neck is horrible. I called and asked what time does ur kitchen close... They say 2am. I get in at 1am. The waitress says u have to order on the fly we close in 10m and so does the bar. (False advertising). She said we say that but really its just to get u n and out by 2am.. Lies all lies. Will not be back
Great draft beer selection and perfect wings! We come here every year for lunch after Christmas shopping and it's always solid.
