Got buffalo ranch wings. They were rubbery and some weren t cooked all the way and to top it off they were $15.50 for twelve. Not worth it at all. Horrible!!! Don t waste your money

This was an absolutely awful experience. The only silver lining was the server. ALL of our food arrived cold. My soup tasted like a salt lick. Everything I asked for was off, it was like the kitchen couldn't get it together. Mind you it wasn't busy at all. We spent $40 on a meal we didn't eat and ended up going to wing stop to actually eat. All in all I would not recommend this place to ANYONE EVER!!!

Went there to watch a game .The bartender said she had to wipe the top where I sat .it took her 10 min.to find a barcloth she was more interested in looking at her phone.She finally found it and i ordered a beer .I was looking at the menu for a few min.and had to get her attention to place an order .By this time there were 2 bar staff doing nothing-The manager brings out my food I had to ask him for silverware and condiments also another drink .The bar staff was definitely looking at there phones and facebook during their shift and not paying ANY attention to their customers.I will never go back there Horrible service !

You can also play pool and other games. Multiple, well maintained pool tables available.

Come here all the time with friends for the great drinks, service, and pool tables! A little pricey for drinks, but the atmosphere is worth it!

We had a xmas lunch at which we pre-ordered our meal days before our arrival. It took most of an hour to get all the (42) of us served. Poor service and slow. Great difficulty in paying our individual bills. Would not recommend this bar/restaurant.

This is a neat place to hang out with some friends. Fun environment with lots of pool tables, shuffle board, and some other arcade.

I ordered the chicken sandwich and the chicken was not tender, and it was small. The avocado was not ripe and was not cut properly, it kept popping out of the sandwich. The service was good, the waitress was excellent.

The mixed drinks were horrible.. you tasted no liquor just a sour taste. The food was horrible. The waitress served burnt Brussels sprouts and the fish and chips were awful.

Celebrated a birthday here. Accommodated us very well despite being a large party. Our server Amy was absolutely amazing. The pool and ping pong tables are a great addition to any night out.

I've been here before and my experience has always been the same: Great food and friendly service. Note: It is seat yourself, and it is huge! I've gotten the wings before and have not been disappointed, even though it has, I think just 7 flavors, it's all you need and they are all good. This time I got the new Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich. It was perfect. It was a busy Saturday night, so we expected service to be slow, but honestly it was perfectly adequate. My only qualm is that the floors were REALLY sticky in some places. They might not have gotten to a spill yet, but that was noticeable.

I was there for a going away party a couple of weeks ago. The party was small. The bar had maybe twenty people in it. The way I have seen it every time I've gone, about 10 times. The girl serving drinks to us kept telling my coworker, who headed up the small gathering, to get water. However my coworker had ordered water a couple times for the 5 people that were there before me, and it was forgotten by the bar maid. My coworker likes to laugh and have fun. She was acting no different than the rest of us. A couple beers is not enough to put her under. I watched a very fit, very drunk man play, play ping pong with the girls in the party and still get served. I was also hit on by a very tipsy loud man at the bar still taking shots with his friend and whoever recognized him as a star. He was able to buy me a drink. Thank you sir, still don't know ya. By the end of the night the bar manager had come out with the bar tender, not the bar maid, and was trying to refuse my coworker anymore drinks. The drinks on my coworkers bill, and loud laughing was their evidence that she has had too many and needed to leave, she was refused another drink. My coworker bought drinks for all of us. The drinks that were supposed to be on separate tabs were not split. There was no apology from neither barmaid, manger, or bar tender. My coworker was not acting out of pocket,nor was she rude. I will agree that this Mayfield bar is nice looking inside, but it is sooooo not my bar. I am glad to not spend time or money there. Last time visit. Thanks again Mayfield!

Don't go for lunch unless you have an extended lunch break.VERY slow service. Food was average.

I've been attending this particular location for quite a number of years. Before tonight the last time I was there was October 1st 2019. During my October 1st visit the server did not ask me for my royalty club card. There is a large sign hanging in the doorway that says if your server doesn't ask you for this card that fell deduct $5 from your bill. The server did not ask me for my card and when I asked for the deduction the server had already ran the charge through on my debit card. The manager came over to the table and apologized and said that the $5 difference would be credited back to me but that never happened as of today. When my food arrived this evening all of it was Luke warm in temperature. I asked for the order to be remade. The temperature of these 2nd plate of food was better. At the end of the meal the server once again did not ask me for my moral T card. Are you even when as far as to pull up my banking app and show the server the transaction from October 1st and the fact that the $5 credit never came to my account. The server then told me that they were no longer using the program it nor were they issuing the $5 credit. So then I said well then why not take the sign out of the window. At this point the server lost control. He Started telling me why I am a terrible customer. I'm literally couldn't get a word in edgewise. I already had my debit card on the table to pay for the meal and he said don't worry about it you don't have to pay for anything you can just get out of here.

A nice local pub to catch a bite, or play some pool, or watch some sports, or BS at the bar. This is a local chain done really well. I enjoy coming here especially for Tuesday happy hour specials.

My friends and I used to come here all the time we loved it. Over the years though service has gotten pretty bad. We've had times where we have waited 30min and no one has come to take our order so we've walked over and got drinks at the bar and walked it back to our table but no food because no serve ever came to us. So many times we've had servers who take your initial order and never come back. We all could have walked out of there without paying so many times because the server never comes back. My friend put it perfectly when explaining why he wasn't leaving a tip. He said if you line up a white girl, black girl and Hispanic girl and ask me which was our server I couldn't tell you. If I can't pick her out of that kind of line up you don't get a tip. That was my last time there. In two hours of being there we got one round of drinks because she never came back. We had to go find her to get our check. Awful service.

Good food, good drinks, fun atmosphere. Be warned any Fri or sat night it's gonna be packed.

Went for birthday party. Nice place to have a party. Good food, atmosphere, pool tables, big screen TV, music(not to loud) tables to eat. Relaxed atmosphere.

Lunch was good. Loved the fried brussel sprouts. Fish dinner was good. Nice service. Was not crowded during late lunch. I will return.

Gave me raw beef for my wagyu burger when I said I wanted it cooked way more than that...

I love the newly renovated units and having a washer and dryer in my unit. I love how close to campus it is. So glad to call this place home.

My granddaughters love this store, so when me and wife pick up the grandkids we usually stop at five below. I tend to pick up something from time to time.

Sorry to say that this English Pub type restaurant has gone over to the dark side and changed the menu to a more southwestern flavor. I truly hope they see the error of following other peoples bandwagons .

First time.went for birthday. Nice atmosphere. Nice location. Didn't have anything to eat. But food for party looked ok.

Every experience my girlfriend and I have had here has been exceptional. The food and atmosphere is outstanding. The kitchen is open late and the service is phenomenal. One of the best restaurants in town!

I haven't been there in awhile. My date suggested it since he goes often. We sat at the bar ordered food and drinks. Our drinks tasted like 100% juice, the food was tasty but this one star is for the bartender. Throughout the night she was pleasant but when we finished drinking, and continued to talk AFTER WE PAID HER AND TIPPED HER!! She asked us to move from the bar to a table because we weren't drinking anymore. Now, I've NEVER been asked to move especially when I'm paying coustomer. Drinking or not. That made me extremely upset but i did a good job composing myself. My date on the other hand was HOT! Needless to say, it was rude and I won't be going back!!! And you know exactly who i am!!

What a disappointing experience. I am sorry that I inconvenienced the staff by showing up today. The food was mediocre, service poor.

GOOD FOOD, great place to watch a game! But the music is too DAMN LOUD! The loud music makes the patrons talk louder, tipically about things that shouldn't overheard by my 11 year old.

Let s start off with I live literally 3 traffic lights away from this place and the ice cream was melted to milk . I was willing to excuse that until I went to look for the rest of my order and it was not there . I order through Uber eats, so when I called to tell them that I never received my full order only the desert. Michelle the bartender and the general manager Jason both very unprofessional assumed that I wanted them to bring me the rest of my food ...since it was just around the corner . Please remember that everything hat I already have was already cold so the rest of my order that s still at the restaurant is sitting there cold also . This is when the offer to contact Uber eats to have the driver come back and bring me cold food . I never write bad reviews , I just choose not to go back . This encounter took the cake on the most unprofessionalism screw up ! Don t waste you time Or money here go to Harry buffalo or winking lizard !

Lovely bar, pool hall, and restaurant. Nice people and sometimes dancing on the pool tables much better than winking lizard.

Worst experience tonight. Came for the UFC fight and got cold appetizers unfriendly staff and were here for two hours and never got one refill on our waters. Get it together.
