The monitoring service is fine. The contracts, making changes and finally cancelling was miserable. I left a negative review on the BBB site as well. I will not be doing business with Sentry Systems in the future and would highly recommend that you look at other alternatives who will provide service. Think cable company/xm radio/AT&T service levels. All of which have shown up on the Wall of Shame for customer service.
UPDATE 7/29 Mr. Olinger decided to contact me numerous times regarding my review. It got to the point of harassment. I do not have patience for bad service and had many difficulties with his organization, including at the time of renewal when I requested a copy of the contract, was informed that it automatically renewed at newer terms, which were higher and I could not cancel for another three years. (Never received a copy of the contract when requested.) I firmly stand behind my original review, am not willing to change it and have told him to never contact me again regarding business or the review.
