Excellent treatment, the polo tables are very good.

The food looks nothing like the photos online. I ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich and it was disgusting. The lettuce on the sandwich was not fresh nor was the tomato. The breading on the chicken was partially burned, probably because it was cooked on high flame. I could tell the meat was frozen for a while. Couldn't even finish the sandwich i threw it out. Poor customer service. The workers have a way of making you feel uncomfortable if your not white. The only decent thing about my meal was the french fries and i can honestly say McDonald's fries are fried better. The only way the food at this place can be enjoyed is if your already drunk. Will NOT be returning.

This place had a good beverage selection, good food and pleasant service. However, I felt the appetizers were way over priced for the small portion that you get.

Service was terrible sitting at the Bar. Chicken tenders were tasty and the cheeseburger sliders were too.

Nice sports bar and grill. Lots of TVs, huge billiards area that is separated from the dining area, and it looked like there was a party/banquet room area in the back. Happy hours specials everyday.
Had a delicious chicken sandwich, "The Dilemma". Chicken, bacon, fried egg, American cheese, and Maple Miso Butter. Would have preferred the egg to be over easy, but it was still tasty despite it not being runny.

Customer service at the door was anything but friendly. I got asked what do you want? at the door. Will never return to this establishment.

Decent pool and drinks, the back porch is super smoky and smells like garbage though, so maybe just stick to sitting inside.

Loved our time there! Make sure you get Rachel as a waiter, she'll treat you like a VIP! She really made our visit the best ever!

Walked in, wasn't greeted. After a couple minutes sat ourselves close to the bar and waited 15 minutes before leaving because no one out if 4 different staff that walked by and a manager didn't acknowledge we existed. It wasn't even close to busy, no reason not to be served. Saw a family leave a few minutes prior to us telling a waitress they are leaving because no one served them as well.

Good food as always, service a little slow due to pandemic, but always a great time with food, pool, ping pong, and large Jenga.

Off hours . not crowded or busy. Service was great. Kitchen was off their game. $ 2.59 for a pop. Really. Have dropped less money for much better.

The atmosphere wasnt bad.. however the bartender acted as if it was a burden to take the time to serve my friends and the bar was half empty

I sat at the bar. Bartender #1 was friendly. She got my beer, and just as I was about to order, she asked bartender #2 to take my order; she had to step outside. Bartender #2 waved her off then continued to stand there on her phone. When she finally came over she was short and curt. She told me the wrong burger price, and when I went to pay they said they'd take off the extra. But the manager CHANGED the price of my burger and took the extra off, leaving me with the exact same cost. I'm never coming back again. I didn't feel like my patronage was wanted, at all.

We were a group of 12 to watch the Indians game against the Yankees. Service started out well, then tanked when our server evaporated. Place was not at all crowded, so service was disappointing. Food was typical bar food: fine but no big deal.

First time customer. Evening before Thanksgiving, the busiest bar night of the year in the US and nobody in the front pool table area and bar less than half full. Should have been an indication something was off with this place.
Was told by hostess to sit anywhere and someone would be right there to help us. After almost ten minutes a server said he'd be right there. The hostess walked by and asked if we had our drink order yet and we said no. She walked away presumably to get someone.
Five minutes later the server was back and he took our drink order. When asked if we could substitute real wings for boneless on the sampler we were told no substitutions. We said we'd keep looking.
After another ten minutes I walked over to the bartender, who seemed to be training someone. I pointed to the poured beers sitting at the server pickup station and said I've been waiting for these for over ten minutes. I'm leaving. They both just kinda stared at me. They said nothing. We left and went to Mulligan's and had fantastic service and food. So many choices for food. While second chances are great, life is too short to give this place more of my time. Poor service, cookie cutter appearance and menu. Go somewhere else.

Tried ordering take out and was put on hold for 5 minutes. Hung up and called back and no one picked up the phone. Guess they don't want my business.

Had a good time and really good meal. I feel they may have had a server not show, but ours was very attentive. Forgot our doggie bag, but thought I heard my name going out...being that we were traveling I didn't think it was for me, but thank you!

Great bar! Bartenders are always great and friendly, I cannot say the same for all staff though! sometimes you have to tell a server a couple of times to get it right! But if they mess up, they will fix it and it will be free! So, no worries they always cover and that one of the perks of this bar.
The food is always good. It might be a little bit pricy but it worth it. Their Prime Ribs are one of the best ribs I had in Cleveland area.
Pool tables are a little bit worn off, but I haven't seen any bars with decent pool tables around Cleveland.
They have a pretty decent beer and liquor menu.

Basic common denominator. Good place to play pool and have a beer. Not as good for a meal.

Place smells weird when you walk in like old cheese. Sat at a table long enough to almost get adjusted to the oder (over 20 mins). Finally left after absolutely not one server came to our table to take our order. If I could give negative stars I definitely would

I'm giving a 2 star because of the bartender Alison she went above anf beyond cause my brother and I waited at least 15min and no service till we spoke to her she even asked who's attending the booth bit again no service and she said she'll attend us kudos to her. The guy that was supposed to attend to us said he's more worried about the party that was going on and what kind of service is that? I have changed it to a e cause the manager he did an awesome job to make up for it

Overpriced for everything, food is mediocre, cramped on any event night.

Fantasy football league members should get more of a discount in food and drinks

I liked our server lex. She was phenomenal. I drove 45 minutes tonight to go on a first date and her service was so exceptional that I let her pick her tip percentage. She got 83%. I will be back just.for the service.

We arrived 4pm June 3rd 2017
... there was a party inn the back... the booths were filled with a few patrons in the game room... we sat in the open seating and were the only two in that area... after 8 minutes of watching all the servers walk around... the bartender and manager conversing...not once being greeted by anyone... we left and had the best service and food at the newly opened Winking Lizard right around the corner from the Fox and Hound... Will not be returning to the Fox and Hound...

The best server Rachael she assisted 19 guests and never rushed us, always smile & very kind, & the food & drinks were delicious.

Friend recommended the place. I was really impressed because it just looked like a small "hole in the wall" type bar/grill place. The prices weren't to bad and the food was excellent. I don't get to it much because its about 20+ minutes away.

The staff is always friendly. The only thing I don't like, which really is not a big deal is when there are UFC fights or stuff of that nature you can't sit in certain areas without paying a fee. Again not a big deal and I understand it gets them some money. But I just want to eat, no interest in the UFC stuff.

Paint night. Drink and paint 2 hours, my 4 time at this location. Lots of fun

Decided to "settle" on this restaurant late in the evening. Absolutely was not disappointed! The food was phenomenal, service was fast, choices were great, and all around experience was spectacular. Definitely geared more towards bar style food, however it is very well done. My fiance who is particular in the food that she likes to eat out said that this restaurant takes the cake for her new favorite! Excellent experience and we will definitely be back very soon!

Friendly efficient staff clean place food was great Went with the family

Being a GM for a restaurant myself I guess I have higher expectations of what service should be. We stood at the door not knowing if we seat ourselves (12 minutes), or if we are to flag someone down. Finally after being told we can seat ourselves, we found a clean booth. Our server offered no introduction (name etc) a simple can I start you off with a drink. We ordered our drinks, and we got to wait another 10 minutes for those, (but yet one was wrong so add another 10 minutes for the right one) 32 minutes from seat to drink, another 15 for an appetizer, and almost 20 minutes for meals. If you want fast service dont come here. If you want pleasant servers and good food, drive by this one

This is the first time and it's New year's Eve.. long island ice tea and mule are just water down don't order it I guess, but draft beer was good. Food is good and there are lots of games.
