First time I enjoyed my stay so much that I want to write a thank you note for a hotel/resort. I felt so relaxed once I enter Four Seasons Sayan. The forest and river are incredible and refreshing. The staffs are very courteous and genuine, especially those luggage boys. I felt so happy being with the people there. We stayed in the Villa, so quiet and private. We were in our honeymoon. They congratulate us and prepare beautiful flowers, macaron and champagne for us. my husband and I felt so blessed and grateful that these kind people celebrate our honeymoon for us. They upgrade our room and said that's at least what they could do for us. So humble and thoughtful. We enjoyed every moment there. The yoga class in the morning is excellent. The Yoga place is outdoor, so beautiful in the morning. The massage was very nice, too. The food was good. At both restaurants, we could hear the sound of flowing river. It's a very spiritual place. Really love it. Hope this resort can keep beautiful and natural and keep its great atmosphere. Don't bother to go outside if you get to stay here. Four Seasons Sayan will definitely be our first choice next time we go again to Bali. Thank you for everything, dear all in Four Seasons Bali. LOVE

Great place to reconnect with nature and excellent customer service

If you want to stay somewhere luxurious look no further because Four Seasons Ubud is the height of luxury. Completely unassuming from the roadside, when we made our way down the sweeping long driveway, we were greeted by two accomodating staff that were dressed in the traditional Balinese outfit who guided us down a footbridge that extended above the treetops and led us to this gigantic infinity lotus pond that is suspended over an emerald green Sayan canyon. The restaurant is directly below the pond and is also equally exposed to all the elements. When I got to the end of the bridge, it was at this very moment that I stood there estatic & simply in awe of my surroundings- I literally thought to myself somebody f***en pinch me!!! The staff are incredibly attentive and even anticipate your needs before you ve even thought of them!!! There is no no here and everything is done with surgical precision. They are in pursuit of perfection and being awarded the worlds best resort is a testament to that. If you were to get me to envisage Heaven, I would have dreamt up somewhere like this! It is a truly magical place and it is one where you have to experience it, in order to really believe it. It is a place of tranquillity, positive energies and unfathomable natural beauty and I implore you all to experience what will stay with me for the rest of my life.

We stayed at a villa and everything was designed so well! The rooftop has the most gorgeous views. Breakfast here was one of the best I'd had in Bali. They're very flexible and go out of their way to customize the meal to your liking.

The most lovely and guest centered hotel. I don t know how the staff remember our names. It doesn t matter if we are walking through a restaurant or a hallway or the spa, they remember everything and everyone. That s amazing to me. They are very accommodating and always happy to help.

All the pictures we have seen on websites and brochures do not do this resort justice...simply amazing! My wife and I are celebrating our Honeymoon here and the service is great. The hotel is located in middle of the jungle, and our Villa is surrounded by greenery...Ubud is highly recommended if you would like to mix up your beach stay with something slightly different.

Superrr duper love this place. Super comfy, clean, breakfast really2 yummy and lots of varieties (although the system is ala carte now because of pandemic), staffs are super polite, friendly, helpful, and they even remember your name (I gave 4 thumbs up for this). Very2 happy and have very nice n memorable stay during my honeymoon on this beautiful resort. Thank you very much, Four Seasons Sayan for giving us memorable stay. Excellent stay! The kids loved the kids club! Food is brilliant at Riverside, try the Mozzarella Salad! We did the rafting from the hotel which stops you back at the hotel which is exactly what you want after your done ;-) We tried the couples Balinese massage, super relaxing. Highly recommend.

Love every second! I m vegan and they didn t just give boring veggies they really gave me some delicious meals! Also I forgot some items and they send them back no problem. Best staff and the villa was gorgeous!

Four Season Resort have two 5 star Luxury Resort in Jimbaran & in Sayan Village. In Jimbaran they ocean view, Jimbaran Bay, another one in Sayan, they have rice terrace and Ayung River.

Amazing resort in the jungle. The views of the trees are insane. Property service is top notch. They comped stuff when they made any mistake. Rooms are a little old but super nice still.

The resort is in a forest away from Bali an hour for me and I enjoy the atmosphere of this temperature 33 Bali and East Asia is all sweet. Bali, for me, shocked me from the air and the streets. You have to eat at a 5 star hotel

Gorgeous resort set on a river. This is the place to relax.

On our honeymoon, we rented a motorbike and randomly stopped here to see if they had a nice view. Well, they have a stunning series of patios and restaurants with amazingly welcoming staff. We ended up spending much of our afternoon there after getting caught in the rain and we're so glad we did. Dodi, who worked behind the bar, was so welcoming and even brought us free chocolate cake for our honeymoon even though we had just ordered drinks and a small app. The food and drinks were delicious too. It's an amazing property with great people.

Four Seasons Hotel Aboud has a fabulous view of the river in the middle of a forest full of perennial trees. The hotel has two restaurants in addition to the lobby restaurant. A newly renovated room with an excellent spa area. There is a distinguished dinner service for two people on a table surrounding it with water from all sides.

*Not suitable for traveling with baby and stroller
*Not suitable for seniors and wheelchairs
*Not suitable for people who want to relax and swim
the reason:
1. The road is not full, and the high-ball cars and pedestrians are robbing.
2. There are no barrier-free facilities in the hall, and there are only stairs in the upper and lower restaurants.
3, villa's swimming pool is not big, height 125cm children can only circle in the swimming pool on the inflatable turtle (such as photos).

Even if it has been more than ten years, a memorable and memorable experience, everything in the hotel is so comfortable and cozy!

This is one of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed at. The hotel is built into a hillside over looking the jungle and a river. In addition to the beautiful setting, the hotel staff is wonderful and committed to flawless service. I don't know if I will have the opportunity to visit Bali again, but if I do I would stay at the Four Seasons again.
