A luxury resort in Ubud. Has a very good view, both rivers, forests, hills and rice fields. To get to the resort, you have to use a buggy vehicle. The facilities provided are very complete. It will be very convenient to vacation here. For very expensive prices but it is very suitable with the facilities provided and that we can enjoy.

My wife, daughter and I spent the first few days of 2020 in a blissful state at this Resort.
As busy health care providers, we live very stressful and busy lives and wanted to spend some time in a place that would provide us the respite, renewal and inspiration to take on the New Year.
The Sayan was all that and much more.
From the impeccable service, the amazing food, the stunning environment and the People, everything was as we had hoped.
We ate, mediated, lounged, rafted, worked out, slept and reconnected to ourselves, each other and to the joy of living.
I wish that everyone may have such a tremendous experience and want to wish all of the individuals at the Sayan for this opportunity and privilege.

The Four Seasons is a very expensive hotel so we just went for the great entrance way and some cocktails. The service was impeccable the cup towels with delicious and we got some great bar snacks free with it. You go ahead for the view it is an amazing view we meet Just Before Sunset and we got to the great shadows and lights shooting across the valley... The entrance way to the hotel is a Instagram hot-spot.

Where do I begin???!!?? it all started with the welcoming positive energy, which should, and is the epitome of the environment and culture of Ubud...<br/>when I saw Awin Adiputra, whom I believe is the manager of the hotel, I felt right at home. Anytime we needed anything, we did not have to ask....he was always offering and anticipating our needs without us needing to open our mouths. The food is made with love, the rooms are meticulously clean. The Four Seasons Sayan truly lives up to its recognition of being the top resort in the world. I want to reiterate that during our time in Bali, we stayed twice during our stay in Ubud, due to the incredible customer service of that Awin provided. Top stay in Ubud!!!!

We stayed here with my family for 2 nights. This property is absolutely gorgeous and defines luxury from every corner. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The scenery is absolutely stunning. The staff are very attentive and respectful . I deduct 1 stars for the food as the quality of the food at the Indonesian restaurant was not great and also the manager did not have customer service as a priority as we had made some complaints and he failed to attend to any of them.
We had an amazing stay in a duplex room overlooking paddy fields. To add to the natural atmosphere, we can hear the Ayung river from our room. The room was mainly furnished with wood-based furniture and had a spacious bathroom and a smaller one. Amenities was A+ because they even provided bobby pins, hair pins, numerous cotton pads, and cooling gel! Furthermore, the room has a Bose speaker so you can set up your own tunes. Service was A+ too with buggies ready. If you like staying somewhere calm and close to nature, this might be your choice (although, seeing the price point, I might not spend all those $$$ here).
Superb resort hotel I stayed at a swimming pool villa. You can spend a relaxing space and time that you can not taste in Japan. The reception and the restaurant for breakfast are also really fantastic and great. Customer service also has hospitality. It's difficult to go sightseeing in Ubud without a car, so it is recommended for those who want to charter a car for half a day and to be healed slowly in a hotel for half a day. It was also a very good time to play with the children in the room pool. I thought that I would like to go back again someday. I also want to have a bagel sandwich with smoked salmon and cream cheese for breakfast!
The service is very good and the employee is very friendly. They are always ready to serve. When coming, you will be greeted with great fanfare even with a warm welcome. And when you want to go to the room, of course it will be delivered by a car that is already available without using additional fees anymore. The room that was occupied was very nice and clean, there was no dust at all. Everything is served well. Unfortunately, because the resort is in the open, many mosquitoes enter even though they have used insect repellent. This made my legs bitten by mosquitoes and scarred. The swimming pool available is also very good, equipped with beautiful views. No wonder, the former US president stays here with his family. This resort is suitable for couples on their honeymoon, families who want to relax and enjoy their own time. Here it serves facilities for couples. Facilities served include body massage, rafting, and much more.
Came here for my honeymoon with my wife. The people are great and the grounds are amazing. I was very underwhelmed by the quality of the room. Felt very old and wasn t so clean. I ve been to other four seasons and this was by far the oldest feeling. Staff and grounds give it the 3 stars.
