The food was excellent, the service is the best I have ever experienced! They treated our 2 year old like a princess and even brought her a special care package when they knew we had to head to the airport at midnight! I highly recommend this hotel.

After first being at the other Four Seasons property in Cairo, I was underwhelmed in this one especially since it is more expensive. The breakfast buffet was limited and disappointing in comparison to the First Residence property.

The Spa treatments here are more expensive in comparison to the First Residence as well.

However, the Nile view room was breathtaking, the balcony view is beyond words. If you are deciding which property to stay a; choose here if you want to look at the Nile from the 25th+ balcony(which I recommend for at least one night) and the First Residence for that classic four seasons resort ambiance and a unbelievable breakfast. buffet.

Its a great place but always crowded thats why the service their takes a bit longer than usual
