I can t oversell this place , simply the best hotel in Egypt in my opinion

Outstanding hotel with exceptional facilities for lodging, dining and party organizing. Staff are well trained to let guests feel like special ones, and location is very good for almost anyone in/visiting Cairo. Highly recommended for staying at the hotel or self-indulging with the savory menus its restaurants serve.

Well let me share with you my first experience at this four seasons hotel.
Well i was received by a bell man who was insisting to tell him my room number which was annoying as i didn't check in yet.
The check in process was smooth and quick but i wasn't asked about my preference and they just put me in a 2 small beds room.
When i went to the room let me say that i was not impressed. The room was spacious, with 3 compartment bathroom but the furniture was rather old although nothing was torn but the kind that begs for renovation

The view of the room as it was a nile view but you can see just infront of you the nile with a really not small area of waste which urgently needs to be removed as it ruins the scene.
The room were maintained well with room service almost everytime i got out of it, although when i was walking in the room i noticed a couple of room service staff on their mobiles and even when they saw me they carried on with their mobile job...and this reflects lack of control of administration on them.
I was attending an event and after we finished while eating dinner and they were offering drinks so the waiters were rounding the tables and i asked for sparkling water which was completely ignored by the staff.
Last but not least i had my breakfast in the overflow Bella restaurant and people were helpful and i admire the idea as it is the first time i see it but the breakfast buffet was rather disappointing when i asked the eggs chef to make me an egg Benedict well i don't know but i seemed that he didn't know what i am talking about either from ignorance or playing dumb both i don't think that should be qualities in four seasons hotel staff.
The overall experience was rather disappointing and i wasn't expecting the a world renowned chain to be offering this quality of service.
Don't recommend.

The high class hotel is very nice and very wonderful

Majestic and posh in every aspect with a subtle touch of warm hospitality. Superb Nile view and excellent food

The entrance to the wedding facilities and equipment is tired, and it will make mistakes on the park and appliances

You do not need to talk something beautiful and wonderful

Everything is organized and beautiful and clean and service above the excellent and all smiley and trained at the highest level

The view on the Nile from anywhere in the hotel is beyond description.
My imagination gives a general calm to one

It`s Nice hotel, Room is great, Outlets fine food and beverages are nice, I enjoyed at Graffiti Bar & Lounge , I notice some little bad behaviors from some employees my american friend noticed that clearly maybe because there a lot of guests at the hotel, Bar is Ok, but for seasons Alex`s bar smaller but has better bartenders. of course it is expensive comparing to other hotels but it deserve to try it..

One of the best hotels in Cairo. The rooms are luxurious, food is great, a bit expensive but worth it. The service is very good and they go the extra mile to make you feel at home. Well trained staff, we get the impression that management is professional and serious about hospitality.

Amazing atmosphere, best food & accommodation, welcoming & helpful staff. If affordable doesn't hesitate to come here even for a drink, lunch or dinner and you have to try Zaitoni resturant especially on Thursday as it is a very unique Fish buffet.

The internet is bad and balfos .. smells in the room

Very good hotel, with awesome service. We stayed there for a few nights and everything was very good. Restaurants on site are really good. The buffet restaurant was good with fresh food everyday and the Italian restaurant was pretty good too. It is a place where it seems a lot of locals gather in the bar, which makes it smell a lot of cigarette, like every other place in Cairo. Great location.
