The place is above excellent, frankly, but I wish they would buy a little price

It is a very fine hotel but some rooms need renovation to always keep its elegant standard

The rooms are clean, the bed is comfortable, but the lobby is reasonable, the service is poor, the girls are not trained, they are really scared, they ask for something, and they are always here.

Place is great, Cleaning is super and the foods are super.
But the stuff aren't cool at all.

Our favorite restaurant is "8", and especially the Fridays Dim Sum Brunch! We have been there many times, also with all our family and have never been disappointed about the food or the service! I can only recommend it to every one who loves Asian food!!!

When I lived in Egypt, I really liked the hotel ..... the spa, the room, the food, the bar, the service was excellent, not like in Egypt. It is a nostalgic place. If the price of a drink is too high, it is a flaw. The restaurant also has a lobster party.

I hope to send an invitation and be a permanent customer in Four Seasons

Just perfect!!! The hotel is very good, but the best part is it's staff... All the staff is so well prepared to serve you, they are the best. I could not find one single staff member that was not excellent. Congratulations for everyone you have a great hotel and an excellent hospitality! FIVE STARS UNDOUBTEDLY.

Very tired property which needs refurbishment all across. Superb location on the Nile: 20 mins walk to the Egyptian Museum and 30 mins by car from Giza. Superb staff.

The hotel entrance is not as majestic as other Four Season Hotels but what lacks in Majestic entrance it make it in customer service. The staff in this hotel tries to make your stay in this hotel as comfortable as any of the best hotel I have ever visited around the world. During my 5 day stay I inquired about dishes that were not on the menu and every time the staff made efforts to accommodate my request. The rooms are very clean and include nespresso coffee machines which set my mornings for a good start. I would definitely recommend this hotel . Equally I can't say the same about the Four Season Hotel in Amman. It has the opposit the Grand entrance but the customer service lacks in a few areas. The lounge restaurant for example I had to wait 3 hours for a pizza. Very poor customer service. My stay in this hotel was much shorter only 2 day which was enough .
