Sublime, real gem of a hotel. Great suites and attentive staff

Beautifully appointed but it appears they are still in the learning stage. Staff slightly inattentive. Not up to the Four Seasons standard. The hotel just has no soul to it...

Went for an event,. Staff was excellent, very helpful, very clean, luxurious.

Rooms are very impressive, ofcourse with latest technology, from heated toilet seats, to personalised greeting messages on screens, which is in every section including the bathroom, which is completed. If that's your thing then recommended, comfo8at a high standard ofcourse.

Not my kind of place. Ultra luxury but felt overstaffed and oppressive. Before I even got out of the lobby I had passed three door holders and two or three greeters. Had I been staying there rather than just attending an evening function I would not have been happy contributing towards all those salaries. Food was nice though.

Really impressive and refined structure beautiful and spacious interiors. In my opinion I would improve the atmosphere with more artistic and colorful floral decorations thus recreating warmer and more original environments. The friendliness of the staff is very good, but could still improve by placing more attention on some details: for example in my suite in the master bathroom the waste bin was practicable because it was distant, there were not even a bright mirror to wear makeup in three bathrooms . Some trivial things that make the difference need to be rechecked better. The spa is beautiful an enchanting and unique place the massage and other services are practiced by professional physiotherapists. I found the club, for those who love to smoke cigars, a truly exceptional place with an excellent assortment of prestigious cigars, a place to visit! Generally speaking, I liked everything and I plan to go back and find improvements.

Situated in a Trinity heritage building, it is a central location near the Tower of London, Tower Bridge and the Thames River. The building was the headquarters of the London Authority Harbor.

Well, where do i start?

I used to frequent this hotel often, whether it be entertaining clients in the bar or meals in the restaurant. Also, I have oup up family in the hotel. All good so far. Yes, it's expensive but generally enjoyed the place.

However, recently I was cc'd in to a staff email with my personal email address being used. I was disappointed that this could happen and made my feelings clear. However, the lack of contrition and response to my concerns by one of the directors.

Therefore I cannot continue to use this hotel anymore, as I don't have the confidence that my details are secure. It's a shame.

Really beautiful hotel - we had some drinks at the bar - amazing cocktails, incredible bar staff - we had a great night here - be prepared to spend a lot of money though...!

An indulgent afternoon tea with a waitress who made the experience very special.

Lovely location for afternoon tea, with great Piano accompaniment, and with a first class team! Really good Afternoon tea as well

Nice xmas decorations in rotunda. Food is good there as well but service is a bit spotty but takes care of things in the end.
