Excellent service even before I stepped foot into the hotel. Requested some assistance through the Four Seasons app and they fulfilled all my request. We stayed at the wonderful Executive Room and it was perfect. The bed was so comfortable and everything else classy with huge bathroom. Alice from reception has been extremely helpful and even arranged a birthday cake for my wife twice! Once in the room and another time in La Dame De Pic.

At the restaurant, we had our best meal for some time. Again service was fantastic and food was exceptional. Took the 3 course meal with wine pairing and it was very reasonable priced for the ambience, quality of food and service.

Special mention too for the Fish and Chips we ordered to our room. It was too good. Please give it a try.

We will definitely go back when we visit London again. One of the best hotels we ever stayed in. Keep up the fantastic work!

Grade II Listed former Port of London authority HQ completed in 1922, repurposed in 2017 as a hotel with an exquisite interior.
Often mistaken for Trinity House, the noteworthy Beaux Arts facade here a bravura masterclass in craftsmanship, exuding confidence and optimism.
Eminently grandiose with Father Thames surveying his domain from a lofty height towards Trinity Gardens and The Tower of London.

WORST SPA EVER!!!!! If you think you will have a good spa experience here...you will NOT. I always go to the Four Seasons Spas and this has been the absolute WORST ONE. I looked at the reviews, and expected it to be good because its the Four Seasons but it is NOT. Do not waste your time or money there. Especially DO NOT get your nails done. I could have done them better at home.

Magnificent ! Not for the hotel, we did not sleep there, but for Madame Pic !! What a beautiful moment.
For my part, I prefer the decor of the Lady of Pic de Paris ...
Very beautiful, tastefully prepared dishes, it really is! They are as beautiful to look at as they are to taste.
Sumptuous wine list, which made us dream.
Very pleasant service, smiling, eager and discreet at the same time, a real pleasure.
We are delighted to discover the restaurant in Lausanne which is located 10 minutes from our home ...
Thank you!

Beautifully designed new hotel in the CIty of London opposite the Tower of London. The restaurant is La Dame de Pic, the first UK restaurant by Anne-Sophie Pic, the only current French female chef to hold three Michelin stars.

The lounge room is stunning and a great place for coffee, meetings or the bar for after work drinks.

Truly amazing experience. The food and service at La Dame de Pic is sublime and well worth the money for the culinary wonderment of what hits the table. We were lucky enough to visit the kitchen after our meal to thank the chefs.

I randomly ended up staying here after Savoy lost my reservation and I am glad that they did.

Four seasons is new, welcoming and has fantastic service.

Rooms are spacious, spa is modern and huge, food is delicious.

There are two restaurants on the property - french and asian. Both are absolutely fantastic.

Decor is more forward compare with other four seasons but I like that.

Well done!

The former Port Authority building. New owners have done an impeccable job renovating this building and turning it into a one of the best hotels in London. The staff does not miss a thing anticipating your needs prior to even knowing you need something.
If your travel needs take you to the area do not miss the opportunity to make Four Seasons Ten Trinity your home away from home.

I was a DJ/Guest for a friends Christmas celebration and she hired a hall at the hotel. (I was more of a guest than a hired service)
When dropping off, I was told to go the back entry as I was bringing equipment.
From the first employee interaction he gave me a cold impression, I thought it would just be him but I was wrong.
-he asked me to follow but walked off till I couldn't see them. knowing I was carrying equipment he didn't ask once to help or to even help with the door.
- I was not given a trolley, I was told to go collect the trolley myself by the supervisor. At first she was not going to guide me, she thought it would be okay to give me directions despite the basement being a huge maze for anyone that hasn't been there before. I had to push the trolley from a storage room to my equipment, put the equipment on the trolley and then push it to the hall. I was following her and she kept walking off.
- Another issue I had with the supervisor, she made me wait 10-15 mins because she said she needed to sort out another job and she didn't want keep going up and down. The conversation started off professional and then became causal for the last 3/4 of it.

- I made a complaint about the members to Jonathan but he instead defended their actions and not one person apologised.

- meanwhile preparing the event, the supervisor she said to me "You look tired, do you want a coffee". Those kinds of smug comments are not professional to any guest or 3rd party members (Even if I was tired I don't need to be told that).

I have DJed at the St. Pancras Renaissance London Hotel and other hotels and bars. I have never experienced staff this cold and lacking in courtesy. I understand why they may not want to touch my equipment but they weren't even friendly towards me. I am a black male and I am not going to use the black card but the supervisor only asked if I wanted to help when there were other guests (both black and white middle aged couple). this was right at the end and I declined because I don't trust people that lack professionalism.
Positives:
While clearing up, kindly one of the bar men brought the trolley to me without me asking but he is not an employee of the 4 seasons but an hired agency bar men.
Sofia that works at the hotel was a pleasure to work with and spoke to me with respect before the event and during. Unlike the others that spoke me like I was their employee.

I hope the hotel fixes up how they treat 3rd parties because this is not face value does not mean it is not important, as it can affect the quality of service provided.

Four seasons is a famous hotel with good standards. And this hotel is suitable for the Four seasons affiliate. The staff are very attentive. As for the location, it is considered the best near the Tower of London. Next time, if coming back to stay again

Went there tonight with friends. Lovely surroundings. Mid week so the place was almost empty. No problem 5 * prices. The problem arises when they take 30 mins. or so to serve drinks each time a round is ordered. It's pretty poor and gives London a bad name. I hope this was a one off and they don't do this every night.

The location is good. Just 3 minutes walk from tower hill subway station and from the hotel you can just walk to the tower of London. The gym and swimming pool is superb. Love this hotel.

Most amazing place, the afternoon tea was delicious and the service perfect. Our waiter George was the most kind man and even gave plasters for my feet (high heel issues). Would recommend to anyone.

stomach churningly expensive hotel.

stomach churningly expensive hotel.
However if you want luxury this is the place.
very historic building and the staff will tell you some of that history if you ask.
Staff very polite.
Hotel itself a little confusing with lifts everywhere.
Meal I had was ok. Which given the price of the hotel I honestly expected it to be better.

The best hotel I stayed at in London so far. Very friendly staff. Peaceful breakfast. I came to London for a week end and ended up staying in the hotel for the whole 2 days without even going outside. Perfect to relax before the usual crazy week ahead. I recommend the gluten free scones. Nice pool.
