I love!! We went with my wife and had a great time, excellent services and on time! To take for ass the negative lady of the comments
Everything you could imagine in a quiet, secluded, romantic and beautiful place.
Perfection is the norm. The staff spearheaded a lifetime moment by helping to pull all the pieces of the plan. They really knocked it out of the park!
Absolutly recommended.
Fireworks hospitality
One of the best hotels in which my wife and I have stayed. In order not to write a whole treatise, I will indicate here only the main "chips" of the hotel:
Guests are greeted upon arrival at Tahiti International Airport and each has a tiare flower necklace around the neck, which accompanies the guest during the flight from Tahiti to Bora Bora. It is pleasant, because from the first steps on the land of Polynesia, a feeling of a holiday is created. Usually guests are greeted with necklaces already on Bora Bora
After the first cleaning of the bungalow, guests find that they have bookmarks for books (one bookmark for each book lying in plain sight) and cloths for cleaning glasses
Waiters, sommeliers, concierges, buggy drivers and all other employees try very hard to remember each guest by last name and after 2-3 days of your stay at the hotel they successfully cope with this
Bottles of sunscreen displayed for public use at the beach
There is a mobile application with a very convenient chat: an invisible hotel employee instantly answers and helps to solve any problem, from ordering a restaurant for the evening to purchasing "finger" batteries for a camera. Batteries, by the way, were brought free. As a result, we never used the phone, only chatted
Errors are fixed instantly. So, they forgot to put a beach bag in our room. When we wrote about it in the chat, we found two bags in our bungalow
Prices in the spa and rates for private workouts bite, but there are quite a few free activities: daily exercise under the palm trees at 8:15 am, snorkeling and fins in the hotel lagoon (there are a lot of fish that can be fed by buying from the concierge food bag), there is a small but high-quality fitness center in the hotel. By the way, when we were running in the hall, we were lucky to see a couple of whales in the ocean not far from the shore. It is also possible to rent a 2-person canoe and paddle boat for free for an hour. Of the minuses, it can only be noted that the trainer, on a free charge, once rather obsessively asked for a tip
On the eve of the last day at the hotel, the guest receives a letter with approximately the following text: Once the family of such and such (the names of the guests) had a dream to travel to a tropical paradise. To make their dream come true, they chose the Four Seasons Hotel, where they enjoyed endless white beaches, swam with colorful fish, and admired the beauty of the sacred mountain of Otemanu. So days went by. Gradually, the guests became so relaxed that they lost their sense of time, and the hotel team had to take on the heavy duty of awakening them from their dreams and delicately reminding them that the boat leaves for the airport tomorrow (departure time). "
Yeah, a little bit pretty
When is the best time around to go? I m coming from California and I really want the weather to be nice when I get up there?
The best in the world. Staff. Setting. Everything. Amazing. You will never want to leave.
My husband and I visited the beautiful Four Seasons Resort, Bora Bora for our honeymoon. It was truly the trip of a lifetime - worth every pretty penny. We were looking for a laid back and relaxing destination that had all of the modern luxuries and fine dining you'd expect from a Four Seasons. We knew the vacation would be incredible, but didn't realize how much we'd long to go back and do it all over again. The service was impeccable, the food was delightful, the overwater bungalows were lovely - couldn't have envisioned a more perfect trip. We cannot wait to visit again!
I've been to a lot of countries, but this place is something else entirely. Heaven on earth!
One of the largest resorts in Bora Bora. You cannot take a bad photo here.
Excellent service, staff is very kind and make you feel home. The activities are well thought out.
Property is dated. Needs new decking, and general room upgrades, carpets fraying, stains on wood and scratched bathroom fixtures etc. I heard a three year renovation will commence in September.
You cant go wrong choosing the four seasons
Four Seasons Bora Bora needs a renovation asap. The water bungalow we booked had non stop power cuts, all interior too old. They admitted the fault and to their credit, they upgraded us to a bungalow with pool, mini pool- the biggest you can get in this resort. Facilities still old. Everywhere.
The gym is small and the machines have rust on it.
The breakfast restaurant is old and dark, food selection is minimal.
I am disappointed.
This is my second time in Bora Bora and before I stayed at St Regis and Le Taha a. Four Seasons definitely has a lot of catching up to do.
One of the most pampered vacations we had. Very friendly and professional staff, very clean property. Excellent Housekeeping staff.Over-water bungalows were just amazing. bungalow 318 had breathtaking views. very calm Crystal clear turquoise water. Water activities for free. They also had Sunscreen and aloe everywhere around the property for guest to use, good quality and very convenient. Well maintained property overall. Food was yummy, breakfast was also elaborate. Definitely Four Seasons hospitality stands out.
These place is amazing, I'm enjoying every minute of it
Amazing resort - service, facilities, and Bora Bora itself!
Great place but very expensive. Service couldn t have been better. Views unbelievable.
Amazing. Reccomend to anyone. Great people and service.
What a truly magical experience! Definitely worth the long flight! Amazing views! Was treated so well.
gorgeous and scenic and breathtaking and once in a lifetime-ish...but your wallet will suffer for your experience
5 STARS Service of Excellence! Well-trained employees, green-eyed blonde models. A dream. Courtesy of the points on my AMERICAN EXPRESS card. I didn't spend even $ 1.00. In AMERICAN EXPRESS they LOVE ME!
Amazing service, great views, and wonderful amenities. Everything is top notch.
Perfect grounds, hotel, and bungalows. The four seasons in bora bora is the most amazing of the four seasons resorts I have visited. Everything was perfect except...
EXCEPT THE FOOD...The food menus (at all restaurants/room service, custom meal prep ) are mediocre! If you are used to great food you will be very disappointed. The food throughout the resort is nothing special. For a great meal arrange a boat to the St Regis!
The spa... Gorgeous but just average massage nothing special.
Take aways...
Utilize conceriege and book a " swim with the sharks trip!
***Free water bottles located at the spa instead of paying $7 per bottle at the resort.
Expect to pay $8 a soda.
Amazing as expected. Food was great, the staff very friendly and helpful.
It's been a while since I stayed here but I still keep thinking back to it. Truly a highlight of my life and I hope we can go back again.
Probably the most unique and impressive resort in the world, well, truly out of this world.
Amazing place the best on Bora Bora! Ask for Valentin on property, he will ensure your stay is 5 stars from start to finish.
Wonderful spot to Honeymoon - spent 8 days here in Paradise. . .did not want to leave!
Amazing resort! You might need to part ways with a redundant organ when the bill comes, but it seems worth it. Would book again in a heartbeat!
The structure is one of the best there is, the lagoon nothing of that!
Ok so it's an amazing hotel, the lagoon, the bungalow, the service is out of this world but.... Here is my problem, I'm awake from 6am to 10pm, they only provide one small 200ml bottle of water in your room. There is no drinking water tap (there is a bathroom sink). If I'm awake for 15hrs each day and it's 31 degrees C on average, my body will need a lot more water than 200ml.
One can argue can I can pay for additional bottles should I wish but I'm paying a lot for this hotel so a delightful touch would be to fill a small fridge with local filtered water bottles for each bungalow. Currently it feels they're trying to squeeze every penny from you by only providing a tiny bottle free and making you pay for the rest.
Another huge negative is the food, wow, the best food at the four seasons in Bora Bora is (a) the hamburger at the bar restaurant or (b) a taxi ride to St Regis (The Lagoon).
The food selection here is pretty bad for such an establishment.
The Positives are- the location, (imo don't bother paying for mountain view room), the people here and service is brilliant, the property and spa area is also top class, the entertainment is also great.
Things I wished for-
Water on tap! For such a hot and humid place.
Better restaurants on the resort, food selection is poor.
An alternative cost effective taxi service, to easily take you out of the resort to get good food elsewhere.
We had our honeymoon in French Polynesia. Bora Bora was one of the stop and was absolutely amazing. Four Seasons Bora Bora was luxurious yet comforting. The over the water bungalow was beautiful. Loved jumping into the water first thing in the morning.
Bluffing! One of the most beautiful hotels in the world !!! The view of the island is amazing. The service is perfect! A taste of paradise!
Simply paradise. Really enjoyed the local coral garden, taken care of by a full time employed marine biologist, it attracts a multitude of fish. We observed an octopus as it was hunting for food, just as we were making our way to breakfast.
Everything really well organised, you can use the mobile app to tell housekeeping when to make the room.
Came here for our honeymoon and we LOVED it. We went around the island on a boat and with full confidence I can say the four seasons has the best view of Mt Otemau and the best over the water bungalows (which just got renovated in 2019). We are glad we picked the four seasons!
The hotel grounds are impeccable and you truly feel a sense of privacy even if the hotel is at full capacity! The majority of the rooms are over water bungalows, ours was 309 west pontoon mtn view and could not have been happier.
We loved that the hotel had free sunscreen available at different spots. The breakfast buffet is super. Guava juice? And mimosas? heck yes!
For food stick with the tahitian fish in coconut milk and the mahi mahi burger. Those two were our favorite and in our opinion the absolute best!! We could eat the tahitian raw fish everyday!! The sunset bar was ok, but the food wasnt as impressive, avoid ordering the fried rice. We found the best food to be at the pool bar.
The polynesian dinner and fire show is WORTH IT, the food is AMAZING and the wine is bottomless. Dont miss it!!
Do go on the FS private snorkeling tour, the spas jacuzzi is the best!! The staff is super!!! Truly a wonderful vacation!!
Beautiful resort. The rooms are spacious and well kept. Loved the shower and oversized tub. Jumping off the dock into the water every day was so fun. The clean the room twice a day and have everything you need. Loved the steam room and hot tubs at the spa. Loved the area for snorkeling right on the resort. The best dinner was at Arri Moana the French restaurant. The other two restaurants were sub par in my opinion. If you re going to pay 30-$50 a plate it better be good. Staff was super friendly and attentive. Loved our stay here!
If I had a really good dream, it would be the 5 nights my wife and I stayed here.
The most amazing resort and staff in the most idyllic location
Magnificent hotel with a view of Bora Bora and its absolutely incredible lagoon.
The service and the quality of the rooms are perfect. It is the most beautiful hotel on the island.
Definitely the best experience my wife and I have had.
The staff are very friendly and attentive, the hotel is very spacious and with everything you need.
This place was the best part of our honeymoon. I have never stayed at a more beautiful hotel anywhere else in the world and the staff are exceptional. I will happily spend a decade saving up to come back here.
Four Seasons Resort Bora Bora is a luxury resort located at Motu Tehotu on the island of Bora Bora, in the Society Islands of French Polynesia. The Resort is a part of Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, a Toronto-based hotel management company.

Customer service is great. You have everything you need to relax, and have fun.
This place is the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at in my life! Amazing amenities. Incredible staff! Food was so fresh! Make sure you try the Cheeseburger and Ahi! My daughter and I loved our time together in the water bungalow. We jet skied and she had a teen facial at the spa. If ever you want to experience the best vacation - go here! Bora Bora 4 Seasons will not disappoint!
Hotel facilities are OK, the service is really not good, have been to so many good hotels, as the island hotel actually told you that there is no crab, only a few poor local shrimp. You go to the complaint, they are perfunctory in person, and say that you are called for 15 minutes, and the result has not happened. Tired not to love, it is better to go to Hamilton Island
Bad understanding initially with the communication department but finally a very good professionalism to meet my needs! Superb experience, a must in the hotel business in Bora Bora and photos to dream.
There is nothing to say about this place but straight amazing. The whole staff was absolutely nothing short of amazing. Derek the front desk manager made sure every little detail beyond expectations was met. The head of housekeeping went above and beyond to every request and detail. The pool and bar staff were the nicest and coolest people. My wife was completely thrilled and we cannot wait to come back!
The service was oh-my-super excellent. Loved the resort so much, loved the water bungalow. Loved everything, we had the best time there.
Me and my family stayed at the Four Seasons Bora Bora for 12 days. Yes, we nearly cried when we left. The view is absolutely amazing. But the staff won our hearts all of them. I still have no idea how they remembered our names from day 1 through our entire stay. We enjoyed all the restaurants and the themed dinner nights helped with variety. I loved our over-water bungalow. We had plenty of room and with a teen age son we needed it. I recommend doing the lagoon tour with the onsite marine biologist. It was a great adventure right on the property. A special shout-out to Patricia just wow. Thanks for the final dinner before we had to leave the resort and for ensuring that we were always welcome and well taken care of. Let me say again the staff are absolutely attentive, friendly and well-trained. Excellent service. We can t wait to return.
Beautiful hotel, seen on the impressive water see the water through the floor in the suites it is beautiful i love this trip, i will come again.
Just perfect, gorgeous location, very friendly staff, super rooms over the lagoon, excellent food (aside from the pizza in the Italian restaurant).
Just a wonderful place and we have been too many! The friendliness of all the staff is commendable, of course those with contacts with the customers, but even the gardeners who offered a smile when we passed by.
We were in low season and the resort was not to crowded.
