Elite windows after a few years the support does not hold up anymore does not give the service that one would expect the factory is too far away and charged too expensive to come home

With an adequate after-sales service, I would have given 5 stars because the products are of good quality. It is not normal to wait several months for warranty follow-ups. I made requests as of October 2019, and today in March 2020, this is still not resolved.

Seriously, we seem to bother them, zero customer service !! Prefer to give my money to whoever deserves it!

Poor quality windows, broken liveries and poor after-sales service.

Horrible after sales service. I was delivered and installed a door in September 2019. The same day I informed the after-sales service that the door was scratched, the mono seals on the door are smeared and that the installers have left mono on the door. . After emails / calls a visit from an elite employee who said he was sorry and that he would correct the situation ... 12 months and still nothing. In short, do not be fooled by the sales service which is very good because the rest leaves something to be desired.

I replaced the windows in my house. I used two companies, one of which was Elite windows. From the seven windows that came from Elite, three of the seals have broken. I have not had the same problem with the other company that I used. I called Elite and while they were helpful, I had to pay to replace what was otherwise subject to a lifetime guaranty on the other windows that came from the other company. In other words, while the service was good, the quality of these windows is utterly terrible. Avoid this product. Complete garbage. While the price may seem favourable, you will pay much more in the long run in having to replace broken seals.

Windows of a very high quality. I chose windows with a modern PVC look but I know that many other ranges of wood products, aluminum, etc. exist at this Quebec manufacturer. I am very satisfied, the windows are perfect, even the winter, the mechanisms work perfectly. I would recommend these products (which are passing at very reasonable prices) to my friends without problems or fears.

I bought a new construction house last year and Elite Windows was used for all doors and windows. After a year, I noticed one of the floor-to-ceiling windows was wobbling a lot. I called services, they came to inspect it, and they replaced it a month later under warranty. I also called after one of the cranks broke trying to open a frozen window, they said they'll sent me a replacement right away. Maybe the quality is not all perfect but all least, they own up to the warranty and A+ on customer service!

From start to finish, the service received was exceptional.
The Sales Person, the Accounting Person, the Delivery Person and the Delivery Man have all been very helpful, courteous, polite, helpful and smiling.

After only two years, my four new wooden windows started to blacken between the glass and the frame. One contractor we consulted told us that it was condensation due to poor airtightness of the window, either due to poor design or manufacturing. I believe this is more of a manufacturing issue, as our other windows purchased the previous year are well sealed. So we contacted Windows Elite twice (6 months apart) and each time they told us they would review our situation and get back to us, but without further action. It's been over a year now. We have dealt with them twice for the purchase of new windows and we have had problems each time, especially with the opening mechanism. Our neighbor also did business with them for his windows and he also had glaring manufacturing problems, which they eventually recognized and they replaced the windows. I don't recommend that you do business with them if you want peace of mind.
