Very nice accommodations. Staff efficient and friendly.

The mics were horrible which should have been brought up before hand. Food was dry.

Room was well appointed. Pool area very nice and guest services were very happy and provided excellent service!

I've been here a few times for events at their conference center facilities. I found it to be a nice hotel, nice facilities, good food and service.

Attended professional event. Some of the restrooms could be kept cleaner.

Company has been staying here for years this will be the last the service has been so bad this trip it s crazy.

The restaurant supervisor Gary has the personality of a door knob and is just rude they now close the bar and restaurant when he feels it s time. Louis is the only good thing left in there

After a 12 hr day of work you want a shower and bed get to your room and it hasn t even been cleaned call down for clean towels well here I sit still what 3 phone calls and 80 minutes later waiting

The elevators one been broken for weeks was here and April it was down month later still down the one working we joke is elevator roulette where it stop you never know

The money is four seasons but the stay is motel 6 at best gave them one star only cause negative 2 wasn t a choice

I came from Massachusetts on a road trip we booked a night and not happy. I go to the front desk to purchase items and they tell me that I can not but it. They say they don't carry money at the desk only that I could charge. They never once mentioned that at check in when they took my cash. You say you don't carry cash but I paid with cash. Then tyey find change for a 20 so I paid 5 my order was4.50 and they still couldn't give my change back. I believe it's poor management and the manager just had a smirk on her face the whole time like it was a game or joke. Now if your coming out of state I strongly suggest not to come here.

Very nice hotel would have given it 5 stars but after checking in and going to the room I found that the carpet had several burn marks in it and the room had a slight smell of smoke in it. Other wise the room was nice, pool was great, and conveniently located.

Nice, comfortable rooms. Pet friendly. Hotel has a pool, breakfast area and restaurant, and multiple conference rooms. Would stay again.

Have been twice attending birthday parties in the pool for kids. Good pool, ok changing room. Food is average to below. Have not stayed overnight. Overall solid average.

Staff was very friendly. The facility where we had the event was adequate for the event I attended. The facility seemed very big with multiple event rooms available. Plenty of parking too. I would have gave it 5 stars but the only thing that was ok was the food. We had pizza and salad. I've had better but for hotel food it was ok.

The hotel itself was a bit aged, but the service was OUTSTANDING! It more than made up for any shortcomings in the accommodations. The food and beverage staff, especially Nelson, went far and above and exceeded our expectations. I stay in a lot of hotels and he was one of the most pleasant people I have encountered. All the staff at the hotel provided amazing service, and I would highly recommend them to anyone staying in the area. Be sure to visit the restaurant/bar.

We stayed four days and we enjoyed ourselves. There was a free breakfast on Thanksgiving and the bed was comfortable. They cleaned our room well and we did not have any problems. We also use the pool inside. Very relaxing.

Food service was poor and under prepared, facility was old and had issues

A step above the Bates but that's about it. Rooms old and furniture is beat to heck. My head was about 3 inches from the ceiling. Huge main room only had two small lamps. Not very clean. 2 stars because I wasn't murdered.

Clean but needs updating and amenities brought up to current standards. No mini fridge or micro wave in rooms even though website says they are so equipped. Front desk brought mini fridge up but charged 10/day it. Really? Breakfast was not included and was 12.00 for a very barren buffet offering. At 150/night it is a very poor value for the money. Sure has potential but they desperately need to update rooms and public areas.

We had an Ushers Lunchon there on Sat. 07,19. The building was
so cold, the food portions were very small.
For $45.00 for each person,they gave us water to drink, no coffee with desert, The veges. Were not cooked.
I don't think that I will be going there any MORE...

Using Sheraton Fourpoints again as hotel for an area event. Sales staff is great and accommodating. They make setting it up easy. Restaurant and bar onsite. Swimming pool, recently updated rooms. Reccomend.

Found mold in bathtub.

Terrible staff - rude and incompetent.

Found extra charges that needed to be disputed.

We were affected by tropical storm isaias and had to move the family due to no power... booked a double bed - i rec'd 1 bed (smelt so damp and mouldy, so dusty and dirty). They were nice enough to change the room for us. The next room was better than the previous, however it was not clean. I had to clean everywhere. The toilet had stains on the seat. It was dusty but i had no choice. This hotel needs tons of upgrade.

Affordable place to stay. No problems with the rooms. Plenty of free parking. Not much more to say about it.

Great hotel, fair priced, awesome food in their Sports Bar "Silver City"

Room was dusty and musty and outdated compared to other Four Point Hotels. My room had a spider and other insects including mosquitos. Apparently one of the windows was messed up and not closed letting in the bugs. The 24 hr staff was not present at 0345 when I needed to check out. The only saving grace was that the staff i did meet were very courteous.

Had a middle school dance here over 15 years ago, so things have changed but still the same building 4 the most part. My dance 15 years ago was a blast !!! TY 4 a good time as a kid

Attending an event in the one of the ballrooms, it was very clean and professional presented. Also hotel staff was one hand to assist not myself, but other guest and event coordinators. Would go again.

Was there for one night visiting family. The staff was friendly, the pool and the building were super clean. It was a very enjoyable experience, better than most other hotels I have spent time at.

Housekeeping trashes the halls as they clean. Rooms are dated. No commitment to service.

There was blood over the sheets there was bugs and drugs where common the room smelt like smoke they dint do anything about it do not go here unless u want a sketchy stay

Lindsay, at the front desk, was cheerful and helpful. A pleasure to deal with. Luis, the bartender, is phenomenal. We would return based on these 2 people. The hotel is dated, as others have noted, but clean and comfortable. It served it's purpose and lindsay and Luis pushed our experience over the top. A solid 3 star for the hotel, 5 for staff which gives an overall 4.

I alway stay at this hotel the hptel staff are awesome the room is very comfortable food is very good. On Saturday night the indoor club is really good. The swimming pool a bit cold but it is very good I love this hotel

Wonderful venue for a variety of events and meetings. Rooms are super comfortable and accommodating.

Definitely dated and in need of a refresh, but I don't mind feeling nostalgic and I thought my room was clean enough. Price was fair, as well.

"Disappointed with Four Points Sheraton in Meriden - Part Two":

Upon checking out around noon today, was told by the girl behind the desk - who identified herself as a manager - that the information disseminated the night before was incorrect and that one could, indeed, check out without penalty if they were NOT satisfied with their room.

The computer in the lobby required a password, which the girl / manager said was 444000 the same as the wifi pass code). Needless to say, it did NOT work. The girl / manager summoned a technician / engineer - by phone, I believe - but no one ever responded and I did NOT have time to wait.

Was happy to get into my car and sail away up 91 North, never looking back.

As constructive criticism, this hotel - or maybe even the entire Four Points brand - seemingly needs an overhaul by Marriott.

Starting to feel a little dated but everyone is very helpful and rooms are clean and well equipped for business. It is tough to keep up to some of the new more modern hotels.

Excellent attention to detail. Respond fast to special requests at the meeting rooms.

Showed up for a blood donation at Four Points this afternoon but iron was too low. Place was quiet other than the Blood drive but the place was clean and playing by the covid rules for everyone's safety. Thanks!

We love it here. Friendly staff, decent restaurant and bar, indoor pool, close to lgood eats and shopping, lots of hiking and parks nearby too.

It was fine. The workshops being offered were lacking but the facility was fine. Good mid state location.

After staying a nice Sheraton Four Points in Boston, I thought the Meriden location was dated and musty. Nice staff and convenient location, but the facility needs an upgrade.

What a wonderful place to stay. The breakfast was delicious. Service great and all workers were very helpful and polite. Thank you so much.

The rooms are great and priced well. The sports bar has great food and is the reason to stay here other than the other hotels in the street.

Good customer service, decent beds and shower facilities. The building itself is long in the tooth, but has been modernized to a passable degree. The adjacent restaurant/bar had pretty decent food, and the service was excellent. Should I ever find myself returning to Meridian CT, I will be happy to stay at this hotel again.

Stayed again in June 2018. It's the only SPG property in New Haven, which is why I stay. Asked why no refrigerator in room and was told it would be $10 for one in my room. I complained that there should not be a charge for Gold, and was granted a free refrigerator. It was a weird exchange (no microwave either). SPG please add a property! This 4 points only deserves 2!!!!

Place has both a sports bar n restaurant as well as many hotel rooms as well as a pool too.close by to fast food restaurants gas stations & other businesses too.located @ the intersection of pomeroy ave and research parkway.there is also a social security administration office located behind the hotel too.

The place feels like it needs a renovation, comfortable but worn down. Very comfortable bed, AC that worked. No real issues but felt like a nicer Holiday inn.

This is a fantastic hotel. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The water pressure is also fantastic and the shower has shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers

It is sad how the owner replies and not taking into consideration of what happened with the Manager. You have no idea of what happened for you to take the Manager s side. Find out first before you jump into conclusions. They charged my card More

Booked a king over the website, when arrived there were none available. Was able to get a double.

I was there for a personal event it was Great staff was Awesome
