Breakfast is good but expensive because its starbucks. Rooms are nice and comfortable and the lobby has a big seating area with couches that are private enough to talk or work. Rooms with courtyard balconies have a nice balcony but outside rooms have poor views of parking lots. The gym is better than most with treadmills and free weights. Indoor pool is average.
This hotel is a rip off. The hallways need a good carpet cleaning. They started charging $7 for parking and the breakfast prices are way too high for pre-made sandwiches that they put in a microwave to heat up. I won t be staying again.
Parking lot was spacious. Room was pretty nice, although the AC could be updated. Every worker that I encountered was very nice.

Okay place, but not great for the price. Hard bed and weird room layout where my bed wasn't even facing the TV. Found a container of insecticide in the trashcan. I guess that could be a good thing, but you'd think they'd just have someone spray the premises for bugs. Also I got charged for an extra night. The guy I called got it fixed immediately, but if I didn't notice the pending charge on my card I would have been charged for it.
Lovely hotel for the area, and the staff are extremely helpful. Definitely would suggest it over the other local spots.

Personnel working the front desk were good. Room is worn and dated. Bed had a worn out dip where hundreds of people have slept. Carpet is extremely worn.
Start with the positive.. the shampoo conditioner and body was great(ran out on the second day though) the water pressure was amazing (hard not to make a mess) was clean upon arrival, and they gave me a complimentary bottle of water.
Now the negative.. pull out couch was stained and didn t come with sheets, the didn t clean our room restock anything on our three day stay. Had to get towels from pool area. No hot tub, pool was cold and not cleaned stained. The bar area wasn t stocked as it says, couldn t make a margarita. Dresser in bedroom was broken. We didn t spend much time in hotel thankfully. Ran out of toiletries on last day there. There was also a heating and air class being held in our hall way so don t expect to sleep. Would recommend that you think about the holiday inn across street.
Stayed here 10/24 & 10/25. The refrigerator in the room was not working. Alerted staff to the problem and was told I could switch rooms. This was at 8:00 PM after a long day. I requested to have a fridge moved into my room from an unused room as I did not feel like packing and moving. I was told that was not an option. I put my groceries on ice for the night. The next night after work I asked if the fridge had been fixed or replaced and I was assured that it was. When I got to my room I still had the same non-working fridge. Not the kind of service I am used to seeing from such a solid brand.
Staff was extremely helpful, they let me pick where my room was located, and the beds were AMAZING!

Major improvements from a year ago! The staff are lovely and helpful, the room and bathroom was clean and the facility is updated. Elevator is a tad sketchy and some of the carpeting looks older but other than that, I had an excellent stay here for a convention. Breakfast and coffee are pretty good too and the bar/dining area was always clean. Great job Mariott - I hope to come back again!
My husband was bitten by bed bugs! It was awful in a Marriott hotel.
This Courtyard Marriott was fine, it fulfilled its function as an overnight bed as well as anyone could hope. When I contrast it to the one I stayed in by Dulles Airport, however, it comes up short. There was no suitcase prop in the closet as there usually is in a hotel, the plug next to the bed did not work, and most channels on the TV did not have reception. If all you're looking for is a place to sleep for a night, this place will do just fine. However, if you're planning an extended stay, look elsewhere or keep asking for a different room until you have one with the basic functions of a hotel at this price point.
Will NOT stay here again!! Housekeeping walked in my room at 9:00 am when checkout is at 12:00 pm!! Very unprofessional !!

Rooms are clean and spacious, staff is courteous and responsive.
Laundry room has free detergent. The pool is ok but the pool room(indoor) is a fantastic place to sit and wait for your laundry to finish. The fitness center is super basic but has cardio and free weights. My room had a patio which was a fantastic touch. 10/10 will stay here again.
Lives up to the Courtyard Marriott properties that I have stayed at previously. Indoor pool, exercise room and laundry. It's location is good, plenty of parking and a safe and secure feeling. The elevator makes it easier to get to the 2nd or 3rd floors. The restaurant in the lobby serves breakfast and dinner only and is not full menu. The USA Today paper is free and there is a small pantry. There's no complimentary free breakfast at this hotel.
The hotel was a little confusing because there are two sides but once you figure it out it's straight forward, the pool area was clean and they are willing to open it up upon request

So people have said true things. However the AC units have been upgraded with temp control in the walls. Nice rooms. The lobby is going to be redone this year with a bar and better food to match the new courtyards. Great place.
The hotel interior is very nice and clean. But, the room I stayed in wasn't clean properly. There was a few strands of hair on the bathroom floor and a ring around the tub. The mattress was very lumpy and the pillowcases were stained..

The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the showers and soaps/shampoo are excellent. There is no complimentary continental breakfast, but you can buy food from their kitchen. Friendly enough staff. Parking entrance is terrible because it's like a maze getting into the place. My peer found dirt in his sink after returning from a night of work. Then, the sink started filling itself up with waster...
Stayed here for easy access to Jiffy Lube Live. Rates were reasonable, and the room sizes and conditions were perfect for a quick overnight. The room came with a mini-fridge, coffee, and plenty of space around the beds and in the bathroom. There was no in-room safe.
The following morning we chose to eat at the bistro in the lobby - the prices are a little high, but the choices are actually pretty good and the service was good. The staff was readily able to accommodate my wife's food sensitivity issues. The fresh fruit was actually fresh and tasty - we didn't have low expectations, but we still remarked to each other that we liked it. They served Starbucks coffee and drinks there - which is too bad since Starbucks coffee is terrible. The interior of the lobby is modern, clean, and open.

This hotel was easy to locate, clean, and the staff was friendly. I particularly loved the fluffy down pillows on our room. We'd definitely go back and stay there again.
We came in very late (4:00am) and was greeted my a very nice lady who facilitated the whole process for my tired family. The rooms were very nice and the beds were comfortable. Checkout the next morning was easy and fast.

Rooms were tidy and the AC worked well, easy access to parking lot as well as shopping, cheap gas and restaurants. The only downfall was no Continental breakfast but they had the "bistro" which proudly served Starbucks and breakfast items hot and cold as well as dinner items as well. Breweries in the area we checked out were pretty cool, stopped into California Tortilla, wasn't impressed with the street tacos. All in all, good area for the hotel and no issues.
Not one the write reviews but dang this place sucked. The door lock gets stuck, the shower doesn t drain, the hairdryer doesn t even work. After finding broken thing after broken thing all I could do was laugh. Will say the best thing about this room was the soap. Will not return.
