Basic room, drapes covered a\c unit blocking the air.. had to jerry-rig a way to cool the room

The Courtyard Marriott is conveniently located near freeway entrances and about 20 minutes away from Dulles Airport (when traffic is cooperative; it can however take much much longer). The rooms are spacious; the beds comfortable and the cleaning staff nice. With that said, knocking on your door at 830am for housekeeping/cleaning is very disruptive. The drip coffee could be better, while it's Starbucks, it's not maintained and likely sits pre-made for a long time. Overall a good location with convenient stores, and next door to the historic Manassas Battlefield.

Great place, and has all the amenities that you come to expect from a courtyard. Balcony with every room, comfy beds, great location right off I-66.

Was very unhappy with our stay. There were so many screw ups on there end. Our room didn t get cleaned so we had to get more towels and coffee cups up to us and this took two didn t times to get all we needed I will make sure to never stay there again and make tovtell the family not to also

Property is a bit dated but the staffs makes up for it. I would stay again as well as recommend.

Our one night stay was pretty good. My wife stated the bed was not comfortable for her but I slept well. Staff professional. Facility and room were exceptionally clean. Shower water nice and hot.

Did not have any issues with the place, as far as stay it was great.

Nice enough, but a little run down. Some peeling paint in the bathroom, the door safety latch is a little loose, and there's a spot on the wall where a hole got patched but the spackle was never painted.

Good place to stay. Disappointed they didn't have water in the room when I checked in.

Everything went smoothly. The staff was professional and the rooms as described. We enjoyed our stay.

Decent rooms with a balcony good location first 2 days front desk staff was good but third days extremely hobo unprofessional..even some people sitting near front desk so ghetto as if just got out off the hood

This hotel is slightly above average. They do not offer a continental breakfast and the coffee in the room is awful. If you're lazy they have a small convenience area with over priced snacks. The employees have all been very nice and courteous and the hotel itself is in decent shape.

AC/heat unit was way too loud otherwise great place.

Very nice hotel. Beds are soooo comfortable and the rooms are really nice. I normally check into a hotel and feel very comfortable and reclean the room but I didn't have to here or use my sheets. It was so nice it felt like home. I will definitely be back.

This hotel was was clean and spacious and also had a pool the rooms were nicely laid out and had decent showers. The only problem that I had with this hotel was that the Starbucks closed at 10 a.m. in the morning and I would have really liked to be able to get beverage from the Starbucks in the afternoon. The shampoos in the room were Paul Mitchell it would have been nice if they included body wash.

It's Courtyard, so you know what to expect. Don't get me wrong, room was clean, bed was clean ( though those beds are anything but comfortable and give you a bad backache after one night) It's just that I am always left disappointed somehow. I do't like how they break up their bathooms into two so that you get the bath/shower and the toilet in one room and the bath sink in a small open space in front of the closet. It is just weird, and actually ends up not so practical after all. Also I cannot stand carpets in any part of a bathroom - and the sink is part of the bathroom, right? this review is more for Courtyard in general - not my fav within the Marriott portfolio.

A Courtyard, just like every other Courtyard. If you've stayed in one, you've stayed in this one. Staff is ok, not overly friendly. It was just fine.

For a last minute reservation this hotel met the bare minimum of expectations. Two chief complaints were that the hotel had a lifeguard on staff but during weekdays only worked from 5pm to 10pm. Thus rendering the pool closed even for persons who have above average swimming skills. Secondly, the show drain did not drain properly. This left the user standing in their own filth as they showered. For a Marriott, I was disappointed with my brief stay.

Have family nearby in Bristow.....so very convenient! Customer service was great and the reason for my fifth star. Manager, Teresa Lillard made us feel completely at home and comfortable. Alma, in the Bistro, was extremely helpful and attentive. S. Sharma at the front deck was warm and friendly. Guess you can see that I believe the staff impacts a stay as much as any other concerns. We will definitely return to this Courtyard!

Stayed here overnight on quick business trip. Room was nice, bed was comfortable, wifi worked well. Did not have breakfast, or go in the indoor pool. Very close to Manassas Battlefield, lots of restaurants nearby. Would stay there again.

This hotel is in a perfect location for Manassas also for Dulles and Washington. Hotel is clean, staff are friendly and I would highly recommend.

Nice rooms, modern building, but most of all, really friendly staff made it a great stay!!!

Good location. Close to many restaurants. Rooms seem like they need an upgrade. It's all pretty enough. However, the coffee maker was broken, AC doesn't seem to keep temp well and it's soooo loud, the faucet in the tub was leaking.

The hotel is a nice although slightly dated/older. I didn't order anything at the cafe but the prices weren't too bad. I liked the snack bar area. Staff was all friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean, but again slightly dated. Overall, I would stay here again.

The Manassas Courtyard Marriot was a nice and comfortable hotel stay. The location was idel for our trip and had the best price compared to the other hotels near by. The room was cozy and comfortable. We had contacted room services about the pillows because one of tbe members of my family perfered the feather stuffed pillows and with in 5 mins they came to the door with four feather filled pillows, the service was great. I would stay there again.

I like the Marriott. Very well renovated. Little pricey, but worth it.

Great room, excellent condition, everything worked well. Staff was courteous and accommodating. Grounds are well-kept and clean. We needed early checking in, and they were very nice and able to help us whenever we needed it. Very much enjoyed our stay.

The carpet in the room was in serious need of steam cleaning we chose to keep our shoes on rather than get socks dirty. The furniture was dusty, and one dresser drawer was broken and would not close.
It was disappointing not to have complimentary fresh brewed coffee available in the lobby, and no continental breakfast, since the in-house Bistro did not open until 7 am (which did not suit our schedule).
Supplies for only 2 cups of in-room coffee were provided, and no stir-sticks.
The room's 'free wi-fi' allowed only limited access, with high-speed costing extra.
Overall, we were highly disappointed and would not recommend this hotel, and will not return.

I stay here a few times a year and I am treated exceptionally well. Super staff. Clean rooms and I enjoy the private balcony.

First thought, love the shampoo and conditioner on the wall of the shower. Smells amazing. Next, don't like the ants crawling across the desk in the room. Not sure what they found but they didn't want to leave. Lastly, I like that you can get rewards for skipping turn down service bit somehow missed the memo until we we're checking iloit so I feel we missed out on an opportunity.

Decent hotel with plenty of parking...currently they are doing construction so getting in/out can be little tricky

Desk service was friendly, room was clean, met all expectations.

Stayed here two weeks ago and had a good time. Room was great and so was staff. Only complaint was there's no free continental breakfast or even coffee. Have to buy Starbucks from the in house setup. Stopped tonight and left because the guy at the desk was rude, crude, and disrespectful. Hate it, but true. Sad some people have to project their unhappiness on others. Those shouldn't be in the hospitality industry.

The room was clean, comfortable, and we'll cared for. I didn't care for their bistro menu.

Great spot just off the highway. I stayed for a concert at the nearby ampitheater. It's also an easy drive to Dulles airport. The staff was very friendly and had us checked in quickly. The bathroom could use an update so the sink isn't separate from the shower and toilet. I would stay again.

This hotel was decent. The customer service and dining options were good; however, the King bed was terrible. My wife and I stayed here about a week ago and we both slept uncomfortably and woke up with back pain. If it weren't for this, I would have given this place one more star.
