Lucked out with the hotel. Great location close to the metro, a lot of food options around the hotel and very courteous staff. My fight arrived early, instead of 3pm check in, they gave me the room at 10am. The hotel is also close to the airport. We took regular cab and it costed us AED 55 to reach the hotel. If you are not traveling with a lot of luggage and are alone, you can also take the metro but I wouldn't advise it with family and kids and luggage because metro is packed. Make sure to book your room with breakfast buffet it's worth every penny.
