Worst experience. Never expected the treatment I received at The Oaks. I checked myself in for depression, anxiety, bi-polar, PTSD. After arriving I was detoxed from all meds prescribed by my psychiatrist and told by Kerell the primary therapist (THERAPIST) that I was being treated for drug abuse. The months stay was horrific. I was going through withdrawals without any help with other medications. I literally escaped, and I do mean escaped 4 days before the end of the 30 days.
Paid in full at the time of admission and I do have insurance. My husband was told I needed to stay another 60 days so another full month was paid. To make a long story short I am out $50,000. Insurance paid their portion directly to Foundations Recovery, therefore I was not reimbursed directly and I don t expect I will receive any payment from The Oaks (Foundations Recovery).
I would rate them without 1 star and many X s.
Please save what s left of your sanity and choose a different residential facility.

Foundations worked with my family and myself while I was in detox. They provided me with all the information I needed to get to a facility that would best fit my problems. Becuase they took the time to guide me and advise me in the right direction I will have 2 years of sobriety in March.

Only cares about super wealthy clients who can private pay or have baller insurance. No Obamacare. PPO only. SAMHSA RESEARCH suggests 90 days of impatient care. So ask yourself this question: would you rather have a baller new TESLA or a loved one with a 95% chance of fairly quick RELAPSE? These are questions I cannot answer for you.
