For the truckers. No overnight parking is available. You may ask guard if a few hours is fine. First, check in with guard and submit paperwork. Guard will ask for phone number and your name. Slide tandems to the rear before backing up to the dock. Open doors and back up. Re- submit paperwork to the person in the drivers lounge office. They will assign you a buzzer/ pager with your dock number. Once done being unloaded, your pager will buzz and proceed back to office. Premises are very clean and spacious. Drivers lounge is decent. Staff was extra friendly. Unloaded 6 pallets in 15 minutes.

Wanda and August in the office are as lazy and brainless as it gets. I waited off to the side for 3 hours after my schedule pickup time. I asked the guard who was nice and called in. The inside proclaimed that it was never called in. I heard the guard call in and was told off to the side by them. Those two should be watched like a hawk if this business wants things to run smoothly.

This place appointment time it s okay but loading or unloading it s soo slow when they loading paper works it takes long time make sure your #PO number and where you going for the receiver guy he given to me wrong Paperwork I told him this is not Walmart I am going he said talk to your broker that load Walmart retain back this place I lost my money and hours it s costing me 34 hours to go back here for the receiver guy company lose money I lose my money and time for this guy what hi did because he did not to listen Because he don t care that s a bad day

Nice place but full of lazy people. I tried to check in early early but they refused, and the place had only four trucks unloading. So I had to come back an hour later @ my appointment time.

This place hasn t changed not one bit. Been the only truck here for 2 hrs now and still not loaded! They definitely are in no rush to make things happen that s for sure!.

No over night parking ! If you come before couple hours no body wants to give you attention! Poor place omg, don t ever come early here wait your appointment they don t have space lots !!! Another way is security good I like the way security doing his job. Office good ladies Waiting unloading for 2 hours only 5 or 4 ballots

My apoit was in 8am . I came 6 45 am . By 6 55 i got a door by 7.15 i got the papers . Unloaded . Great place great service

The guy at the gate was rude without even listening and looking at my paperwork. He made me turn . On what basis man ? I never gave review to anything on internet or anywhere but you to need to know how to even talk to other people before teaching them how to be civilised . Sorry for these garbages

Driver of truck 550 in Manhattan blocked the handicap entrance at a bus stop this morning. Asked him nicely to please move. He waved me away and went back to his phone. This is the type of company representative that a company does not want to employ. Rude guy. Elderly people had to walk to the middle of the road to get on the bus.
