Foundation communities is really based on values that resonate with my heart. To me, the "foundation" or idea that the company is built on is one that I would describe as a "Creative Genius" kind, one that keeps generating growth and expansion within and without. This limitless idea, encompasses a "healing" ability that affects and effects changes things, people and places that it is not directly connected to! Sounds rather Omnipotent to me... This is Excellence manifested!

FOUNDATION COMMUNITIES ORGANIZATION was the absolute WORST CHOICE of my entire life.
after completing all that was required of me, from meeting weekly, and job requirements until a year later when it came time for them to hold their end of the agreement. they.withheld they access to all my records, files, payments and deposits, and we're allowed to intentionally withhold, ommit and falsify everything in order to have me illegally evicted from a notice that was blank!!!
do not trust them.

(Not necessarily better):

(Not necessarily better):
1-Star for the tax/financial and other (non-residential) services offered (but don't think Foundation Communities is doing it out of purely philanthropic reasons).
Don't walk, run! For those who haven't been able to rent from Foundation Communities, you may want to take it as a sign of protection (from your God or guardian angel) and move on...For those giving 4-5 stars, I doubt that you've EVER lived in a Foundation Communities' property. Perhaps you took the tour (with the cold sandwiches)?
If you are an employee, spouse, consultant, volunteer, visitor, admirer, partner or "friend" of Foundation Communities, posting here skews the ratings, and you should, instead, post on the websites specifically designed for that purpose (e.g., GD, ID, etc.). But I'm sure you already knew that and realize the pressure you must have been under to post a positive review or the incentive (bribe) you'll miss out on if you don't.
My Personal Experience: Initially IMPRESSED, then ENCOURAGED, then STUNNED, then SHOCKED. Now, OUTRAGED!
It's not what you think. If you are a tenant/resident, you are treated no differently than a number (or a child). As long as you bow down to them and do as you are told (despite how unreasonable their requests are), then you may be left alone with what is left of your life, because they have reduced you to the level of submission that they can manage and manipulate you.
There are too many off-lease occupants residing (unchecked) on these properties. (Think about it. When a crime occurs, how do you canvass a whole subcommunity of residents who don't exist on paper? Trust me, you don't these properties in your neighborhood.)

If Foundation Communities would just stick with basic human dignities (e.g., according to the hierarchy of human needs), they wouldn't be as far off-course as they are now. But their "success" story is built on the backs of desperate tenants in an extremely opportunistic housing market. They are sanctioned by the municipalities that increasingly empower them, because people don't care as much as they would like to believe that they do. And besides, who else is going to deal with a marginalized population that wealthy people wish would just go away?
Instead of a cornerstone, "Foundation" Communities is more like a stumbling block. Don't judge this book of fiction by its cover or sound bites (of alternative facts) for that matter. Open your eyes and quit empowering this mega slumlord!

I appreciate Foundation Coomunities helping indigent people. However, I don't understand why they would hold a party & speaker regarding university education at the Mexican Consulate. What in the world does the Mexican Consulate have to do with U.S. universities?! I also know that they train the tax helpers to give Mexican residents in the U.S. special tax breaks if they claimed to send a portion of their income back to Mexico. Huh? Is that legal or manipulating the tax laws? Are they promoting U.S. residents & citizens to claim citizen children born to parents in the U.S. illegally on their taxes so they can split the refund for them too?

They helped me live again. It's been amazing to be given this chance.
I'm worried about Trump the billionaire who has no sense about people less fortunate than him.

Wrong. Lots of folks moving out. My "affordable housing" forgot the affordable part. In 2 years, mine has gone up $50 monthly. Checked with a good friend-- hers has gone up at least that month or more.
Yikes!!
