Absolutely love this store, a must to buy delicious biscuits, teas and coffees. At Christmas time the decorations look stunning.

Extremely expensive business that promotes the torture of animals through it's sales of Foie Gras

Definitely overpriced food. I enjoyed the ambiance. Got less samples to taste this time. I bought one of their musical biscuit box.

Wooooooooweeee wonderful just an experience. Super service well dressed staff in Morning suits. Perfect atmosphere. No where like it in this World. Such polite delightful staff.

A fantastic place where you can buy everything from food to clothing, all of the highest quality. Wonderful the department dedicated to pastry and tea. Elegant place, it deserves to be visited even if you don't want to shop ... Once inside, however, you will hardly go out empty-handed ...

Queen's grocery store. Beautiful place. Lots of varieties. Can buy some items at Heathrow airport so don't have to lug such as teas and biscuits. Not all varieties.

I have been here many times, but one old man with glasses at the cashier was very rude on my last visit.

Exceptional, essential, so britich, impossible to come to London without spending a drink there

Beautiful store with a nice tea shop on the 4th floor (book in advance). Do yourself a favor and do not leave without purchasing a jar of their divine lemon curd.

Beautiful architecture and a beautiful place. I particularly love the window displays on walking past.

Do you want grandeur and splendour, tea and lavender honey? Fortnum will offer you just that. The spiral staircase, the variety of tea, the strange bunny rabbit with dark spectacles will not cease to amaze you. Make your way to the top, and visit the Christmas store, where you will be easily convinced that Christmas came early in September.

Beautiful beautiful beautiful and refined excellent selection of you jams preserves biscuits honey and then the plans dedicated to everything that is pampering for men and women. Absolutely to visit to bring a beautiful and refined thought from a trip to London.

Great place for afternoon tea in level 4. You need to order a menu per person. Great variety of tea blends the Royal blend is recommended. The sandwiches were fine however the scones were delicious and fluffy. The sweets were ok. The atmosphere is very nice and elegent. You can also buy chocolate, tea, and others.

A delicacy of establishment dedicated especially to food products. Chocolates, teas, cookies, etc. an authentic world of luxury by and for the gourmet.

I recommend it, I found everything I was looking for. Beautiful location wonderful wooden stairs which I recommend to go

My mom brought back the most amazing cookies from her recent visit! I hate to say they're better than hers, but my god they were out of this world! Top notch!

Loved it. Great products and cafe. Upstairs cafe staff were lovely. Very professional and friendly. Unfortunately when a friend went to buy something from the second floor, the floor manager (amanda?) Was a bit curt.

Best Afternoon tea experience ever, terribly expensive as well :) Staff are great, tea is amazingly good and well prepared and all the snacks and cakes are really well catered.

Has a shop downstairs in case you want to take any of the tea (or a ton of other things) home.

Super beautiful department store specialising in tea. They have several floors and everything looks beautiful inside. There's a cafe inside but I haven't tried it yet but it looks lush and it seems like it's busy but never too long of a wait. Their central staircase is an iconic Insta worthy pic. Their Christmas set up for their store front is also beautiful and countdown as an advent calendar. Definitely worth a visit!

Great place to buy souvenirs like quality tea, coffee, desserts and cups with friendly staff. You can also try tea. E-mail receipt form.

Never seen bigger choice of tea anywhere. The prices are high but still affordable. And the quality is brillant!

It is worth going inside to see the art they have to decorate and make things.

Brilliant afternoon tea with great food and excellent service

Interested as to why you continue to sell foie gras, when it nothing but a ridiculous and undeniably cruel 'Delicacy'. Will never go anywhere near you stores whilst you continue to support this cruel and primitive practice.

Picking up Le choux in Fortnum and Maisons is a must. so so good.

Great looking, high-end department store. The ground floor is great for gift shopping but it's definitely worth a trip to every floor.

Tea and the food was good, but not 40-50 pounds per person good. I guess it's one of those experience of trying once and that's it.

Not been the same since they refurbished the food hall seven years ago. A little too much for the tourists now. Expansive "candied biscuits" etc.

The store is beautiful and their teas are delicious. Don't hesitate to leave with tea, scones and cookies, of course, but their coffee is also delicious.

Wow here's the tea hit. Because my mother liked tea, I bought several kinds of tea bags, but it's so good to try, so I tried it, but the deep taste of the tea is different. I should have bought more. It takes up a lot of carrier space, so please buy it as much as possible.

Must visit for delicious sweets, wines and fresh items.

A true classic...so very British. Unfortunately we were jot able to make the high tea...definitely next time

English refinement, from caterer to clothing. Superb department store

Treat for my wife and I, popped in and ordered coffee and cake... Waited half an hour. Nothing arrived so had to leave for appointment. Disappointed and won't be visiting again

Nice multi-storey shop where you can find multiple products of all kinds. Particularly noteworthy is the confectionery department (the biscuits are delicious!)

Rightly high prices compared to those found in a common supermarket but higher value.

It is always an experience to walk and shop at Fortnum & Mason. The store is beautiful and has high quality products. Prices are high, but you can find products with good value for money.

A magical boutique, typically British, a feast for the eyes and the taste buds. Almost a must. Magnificent !
