Amazing staff and the grounds and rooms were very well maintained. Fantastic tiki bar and great proximity to the ocean and beach. Getting to watch the commercial ships and cruise ships come and go out of the neighboring harbor was a great added perk.
I've stayed here two different times for business and would happily stay again. Clean and comfortable rooms. Better be for the price. The breakfast is not worth the money.

I stay at this hotel 1-2 times a year on business. The rooms are clean and spacious, beds comfy with lots of pillows, and the staff is superior - especially Dania at the front desk! She remembers me every time I come back, and her customer service is excellent. There has never been any issue that she hasn t gone the extra mile to help me resolve, and you can tell it s not just because it s her job. She truly cares about providing the best experience possible. Thanks Dania!
This hotel was an excellent place to hold a work meeting as well as be an overnight guest. The prices were reasonable and the service was excellent.

Comfortable rooms with nice decor. Good access to restaurants and even a theater. The hotel uses a lot of accent lighting for a trendy look, but some natural light would be nice. The hotel has been updated a few times, and in places the aging shows.
The front desk woman that was there on Saturday and Sunday morning is miserable. Fire her and put her out of her misery. No customer service at this hotel at all. Cleaning lady harassed us. Room clean and a decent size.

Everything was great, until I wanted towels for my room and the lady I ask said no no. She tried to just give me one. The breakfast was good too, but the need more than one waffle maker, the butter was rock frozen solid, and the ONE poor omelet lady was having to deal with the long line of ppl

Nice hotel, great price, comfortable room and bed. Very satisfied and would recommend to anyone. I heard the restaurant has a good chicken sandwich as well and it's close to many restaurants.

I didn't like much this place. I went to an real state event I would say the place is ok nothing expensive.
2 of 4 elevators broken. Third elevator works at ramdom, long lines to get on/off. Bathroom door won't shut. Bathroom light turns it's self on and off, 4th level hotel smells of strong chlorine. Not real happy.
Today i attended a cloud seminar and enjoyed the complimentary lunch filled with fresh grilled vegetables and yummiest meats.

It was fine except they wouldn't let us get another cott in our room even though we needed one for medical purposes, with the front desk dismissing us and saying "it's a fire hazard." Breakfast is also kind of pricey but the rooms are nice

Great place if you wanna sleep with bed bugs. I stayed there 2 weeks ago had bed bugs in the room and no one has contacted me and I'm a Platinum Preferred member.
Rooms were very nice and clean. Need to have more dressers for long term guests. Restaurant was good. Pool and spa area need to be updated. Overall very nice.
Very clean place, modern and sleek. The concierge lounge was great, really good food. The drinks from the in house restaurant were great too. The happy hour was perfect. The pool area and hot tub were well maintained and service was prompt. I will stay here again when I am in the area.
The room service at the Marriott is very good, they think of most things ahead of time and any compliant are rectified very quickly.

The beds here are comfortable. The staff were pleasant. The breakfast was basic but filled the gap. They also have a great selection of teas.
There was an anime convention going on at the hotel.. staff had no control over them. Very loud and rude group of people.
Room was clean, but needs updating/repairs. Vent in bathroom of room 1703 was clogged with years of dust and had a flap that made noises all night! The A/C did not keep the room at a consistent temperature, it would run and then stay off for 1/2 hour and let the room get 3 degrees hotter before it came back on again. Room doors slam shut and woke me up multiple times in the night. The staff was nice and common areas were kept clean. BUT clean doesn t count if a person can t get a good night sleep!!!!

The walls are so thin that the guests in the room next door called the front desk to report us. Beatriz called and said we need to keep it down, this is your one and only warning. Needless to say, that is not what you tell a guest and i let her know that. She is Disgrace to the Marriott brand, completely unprofessional and is in dire need of customer service training or a new job out of hospitality. I have never felt so disgusted with the poor level of customer service at any of Marriott's hotels.
UPDATE: Amara at the front desk is awesome and made our stay much nicer. She should be training other staff members on how to work with guests. Without her, I would never consider staying there again.
Bellman at this hotel was totally useless. We checked in and he was standing around like he was bored didn't even ask if we needed help. Really someone should fire that guy!
Hotel was clean, room was nice. Breakfast was varied and well made. Service at the desk was exceptional. It's an older hotel and a bit away from all the things to do in Ft. Lauderdale.
Pro's- Staff is courteous, information, smart workers and helpful. The lobby is designed beautifully , current and stylish. Mobile check in is available. Restaurant and coffee available downstairs. Rooms have comfy design , beds are plush and current artwork & furniture. Pools open 24 hours along with fitness center!!
Con's- Rooms sizes are small and bathroom is dated. design, beds, TV and furniture is perfect. There is just a small fridge, no micro, no coffee machine. Would love a small kitchenette.
The pool needs updating badly (loose bricks around the pool, more seats and while in the pool it shifts).but fitness has great equipment (dress warm ac is high)
Overall very happy with a impromptu weekend and staying at a Marriott.

This hotel is conveniently located just off I95 so was easy to get to. It looks to be recently renovated and the bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay again on my next trip.
Went during an event. Elevators were busted. Stairs were locked. Water was yellow. Couldn't get a luggage trolley or any other normal amenity for the life of me.
Great staff, some minor misses with regards to small maintenance but a fine place.
I go there alot.Great for conferences and luruxy or luxeroius people and the food is food but cost between no where over 5 dollars to at lest 20 or 50 dollars at the least and great service. There is a great view and if i were u stay on thr 10th floor in room 1003 i can tell u that is a great room exspeically for the view and because i stayed in that room....From exsperiance

I attended a three day insurance conference there in August. The room was great. I ate several meals in their restaurant. Their free parking garage saved me money too. All the staff was very friendly. I'd return here again.

Second time in this hotel. Rooms and facilities are average. However, it is the staff that make a difference here. They are very good. Specially some of the reception staff and the breakfast staff.
Gym is a bit small and not well maintained.
Decent for the price. The pool was being resurfaced and we did not know about it until after checking into the room. Comfortable bed.
Wonderful experience very well set up. Staff was courteous and the place was well-kept.
