The walls are so thin that the guests in the room ...

The walls are so thin that the guests in the room next door called the front desk to report us. Beatriz called and said we need to keep it down, this is your one and only warning. Needless to say, that is not what you tell a guest and i let her know that. She is Disgrace to the Marriott brand, completely unprofessional and is in dire need of customer service training or a new job out of hospitality. I have never felt so disgusted with the poor level of customer service at any of Marriott's hotels.

UPDATE: Amara at the front desk is awesome and made our stay much nicer. She should be training other staff members on how to work with guests. Without her, I would never consider staying there again.
