We are in the process of completing our third project with Forrester this year. On two of the projects one of our suppliers, actually the same one on both jobs, experienced some quality issues. Things happen on construction jobs. In both instances the Forrester personnel involved rolled up their sleeves and started to help resolve the issues and minimize the impact to the owner and to the project and to all involved. Instead of "ole-ing" the problem as some GC's might do Forrester actively sought work arounds and interfaced directly with all parties involved to minimize any communication gaps. The net result was all projects were completed without further disruptions and no schedule impacts. The financial impact to us was just the direct costs involved and no markups by Forrester. To us this is how all GC's should conduct their business.
We are actively pursuing new work with Forrester and are hopeful we will be successful bidders on future projects.

We worked on a construction project renovating 815 Connecticut Ave in Washington DC. for almost 2 years. It was the WORST project in the history of our company. We performed almost $800,000.00 worth of changes (CO) on the project. Funding almost all of the CO's. About 1 month before the completion of the project we were thrown off by Forrester stating inferior product & installation. Not sure how you can work on a project for almost 2 years with no questions about your work and then get thrown off at the end and back-charged $80,000.00. And to add insult to injury we finally settled with Forrester over a year after we were terminated. Signed a final release of liens and was shorted $5,500.00 when I picked up the check. Their reason stating that we never completed the project. Needless to say we will NEVER again work for Forrester Construction.

While this company turned out not to be the right fit for my small project, Vic went out of his way to give me some recommendations/leads of where to look. What a pleasant and helpful interaction! I would want to do business with them!

Forrester Construction is highly recommended.

Forrester Construction is highly recommended.

Having worked at Forrester for quite a while now, I have seen the highs and lows of both the construction market and Forrester Construction. During the low times, Forrester still maintained a strong commitment to our projects. This fortitude set the table for today's Forrester which is attracting highly talented professionals, winning work at a record pace and strengthening our position as a major contractor in the Washington DC market.
