They are very knowledgeable, professional and honest people. It was long wait but they tell you upfront that this could take awhile. Remember that if you don t hear anything from them that it doesn t mean that they are not working for you. I was really nervous before my hearing but Sam talked to me and he helped me stay calm and coached me through it. The ALJ told me that I needed to thank Sam because he did an awesome job at having all the paperwork needed for my hearing. Thank you again for everything!

Going into the process of applying for Social Security Disability I was at a loss. I never dreamed that I would be at this stage, nor wanted to leave the work force in this manner. I was 32 yrs into my career and 11 + years with my current employer. Not long before my illness my employer removed our pension, all but a small amount. Because of a serious illness I was not able to return to work, or the work force at least in the foreseeable future. My employer stopped work disability payments stating in their opinion, "I could return to work". With a life threatening illness I had no choice but to file for permanent disability. I had heard the dismal stories of the length of time it took to get a hearing date, let alone be approved. I knew I could not word my case adequately. So I opted to invest in the knowledge of the Schad Law Office to professionally prepare the application, assist in presenting the medical evidence and respond to the initial denial and prepare the appropriate appeal. My experience with Shad and Shad law office was amazing. I had been trying for a while to get my disability and was getting no where. My mother-in-law suggested Shad and Shad. They were very nice and got to work on my case right away it was a long road that took almost 3 years. Sam and Kelly worked their buts off. Sam Schad took the horrible process of filing for disability after my MS diagnosis from the worst experience of my life and turned it into a much less stressful time. Friendly staff, but can't get them to give me an over the phone session. They promised a 9am call and never called. I called them 3 times over the course of 4 hours after 9am and they kept telling me they will get to you shortly. Don't use them
