As a customer of Formaper, I have found their services to be average. The website is easy to navigate and the content is informative. However, I feel that there is room for improvement in terms of customer support.

Formaper's website is very informative and user-friendly. I appreciate the amount of effort they put into creating quality content. However, their customer support could use some improvement. Overall, a decent experience.

I took two free Formaper courses for unemployed, unfortunately both of them were not very useful and dispersive. The first "Start up and Self Employment" followed on site, the practical support of the professors is too superficial and general because, obviously, they are not able to have in-depth knowledge on all industries. In practice, the study must be done independently, so we might as well do it all by ourselves. Everyone had finished the project before the end of the lessons and the professors had completed the theoretical lessons in advance and therefore during the last lessons nothing was done but we had to stay in class and be present to receive the certificate and because otherwise the teacher would not was paid. The second online course, even if free, I decided to abandon it after the first lesson, because this is also very dispersive. The professor took 1 hour of lesson to make us listen to the presentations of a dozen students and his method of explaining the topics was very confusing and consisted only in: ASKING QUESTIONS.
