I've regularly worked with Foremost for 5+ years now and they're fantastic. Quality printing that you won't get at a lot of other shops in town. Personally, I think their niche is their offset printing. Consistent, sharp color, registration, and binding. Our rep Andy works hard for our team and really goes the extra mile for us.
This company has went downhill fast. Personnel and management are jumping ship at a fast pace. Quality has taken a nose dive and it shows. To get an estimate from this company in a timely manner as of late is an absolute joke. Go elsewhere, the hay day for this company is long gone.
They recently went through some management changes, but the experience was bizarre, 15+ business days for a simple postcard, emails unanswered, whomever Karen is, she treated us like she couldn't be bothered, simple quotes not being executed. The stress working with Foremost was too high, all we did was end up waiting and waiting, one of the worst vendor-relationship experiences we've had to date and we've been in the business 20+ years.
