As a company, we switched from GolfNow to ForeUp about six months ago. I couldn't be more satisfied with my choice to go with ForeUp. Their software is great, and their customer service is even better. As a manager of a small golf course, I appreciate good customer service. Regardless of the time of day or day of the week that I call or email with questions, someone is always available to help me. I have yet to come across a software glitch or issue they haven't been able to solve immediately, and do not ever plan to use another company. Our customers are more happy with the dependability of ForeUp, and my employees are more happy as well. We will be long time customers of ForeUp!
Really friendly staff! Very helpful and genuine. They really care about their clients and work hard to satisfy them. Their CTO specifically helped me out and paid special attention to my specific issues. He really showed me that he cared. I think I'll ask him out later.

I've never seen a customer support team that is so dedicated to not just helping, but visibly striving to provide amazing experiences for each of their customers. The sales team knows their stuff, and the product team is constantly churning away, trying to make the product the best in the marketplace. Love this company!
I booked what I thought was a tee time at Murray Parkway on Feb 1st. When I called to confirm I was told that I in fact did not have a time. My card was billed for a three some. The pro gave me a number to call to ask for a refund. When I called the number I was directed to an email address. I emailed them and explained the error in booking and billing and as of today 11 days later have had no hint of a response. I tried calling both the golf course and Foreup and can t get a live person. I ve read reviews on their great customer service but they must write them themselves.
I have worked with several Golf Software choices. ForeUp Software covers all the needs of the golf operation from Employees, Pro-Shop, Food & Beverage etc. The ForeUp team provides excellent support. They also are interested in the customers needs and issues. They welcome suggestions. It is like having your own personal team with the same goal in mind . I highly recommend.
Since this program was new to our course, we had some early on issues with set up. Whenever there was an issue the customers service reps @ Fore Up were outstanding in resolving the problems and helping us to understand. Once the minor issues were ironed out the program works great.
Francisco was great helping me with multiple questions we had, it golf club is new to Fore Up and they have been great assisting us this first month of activity.
