They recently went through some management changes, but the experience was bizarre, 15+ business days for a simple postcard, emails unanswered, whomever Karen is, she treated us like she couldn't be bothered, simple quotes not being executed. The stress working with Foremost was too high, all we did was end up waiting and waiting, one of the worst vendor-relationship experiences we've had to date and we've been in the business 20+ years.
