I did not know what I heard, I had a very different idea of this inspection. I first thought a test, and then the announcement that there was something terribly wrong with the car. The service was in a word "AMAZING". Thanks again for the service.

Recently had 2 bad experiences. First tire change, where they had forgotten me, only when I went to ask if the car was not ready, they found out. Response: oh, are you still there? No excuse or something.

Second fault in on-board computer. It was indicated in advance that this would take about 1.5 hours. In the end the car was there from 8 am to 5.30 pm, I also did not receive a text message as agreed, but I had to go after it myself. And to top it all off, the malfunction has not been resolved, but now I can no longer make calls, so only aggravated.

I will not go there anymore, I will go to the Ford garage where I work.

It was ok I was buying something to my car and we were driving to it when I came back home from school and also the summer began.

In general, excellent maintenance is carried out and there is good communication with the customer. You do notice that they are sometimes too busy due to appointment schedules or length of maintenance.

Called for keycode for the car radio, according to an employee on the phone I could just drop by without an appointment and I would be helped without any costs. That same afternoon I went to Wensink where I was told that an appointment had to be made and that it would cost 45 euros! I do not call beforehand!

Having to wait too long for the car to be washed ... a pity and a waste of my time.

I have contacted by phone with questions about my car and issues I am experiencing with it. The employee approached me in a way that I was not comfortable with and made it clear to me not to bother them with questions. He made me feel like my car didn't really matter.
