For me, a simple repair (for a professional company) took a whole week. Afterwards the tailgate was crooked in the car, the damage to the rear light was not repaired, now the tailgate opens very slowly and the rear shelf, which was nothing wrong with it, is now only attached to 1 string because they have lost the connecting piece made. I also found a part of my car that was not mounted.

You don't often experience that bad.
