Recently had 2 bad experiences. First tire change, where they had forgotten me, only when I went to ask if the car was not ready, they found out. Response: oh, are you still there? No excuse or something.

Second fault in on-board computer. It was indicated in advance that this would take about 1.5 hours. In the end the car was there from 8 am to 5.30 pm, I also did not receive a text message as agreed, but I had to go after it myself. And to top it all off, the malfunction has not been resolved, but now I can no longer make calls, so only aggravated.

I will not go there anymore, I will go to the Ford garage where I work.
