It was the easiest car purchase we have ever made from our salesman Mike Waitzman who helped us purchase the exact car we wanted for a great no haggle price to manager Ron Bryner giving us more than expected for our trade, and finally a very quick and easy financing process in which we also got a good interest rate with finance manager Ron Gasparino. We left very happy after only a couple of short hours there, I cant recommend Ford of Clermont enough!

I paid for a service plan when I bought my truck. I have been coming to the service department at this dealership for the past year and a half. It was when I ran out of windshield wiper fluid after having my vehicle serviced did I question what exactly was being done. After contacting Ford, I discovered that tire rotations, spark plug changes etc were not being done as the plan required. I've been ripped off.
Made an appointment but my vehicle was not taken into the service area until 45 minutes after my scheduled time. Total time was 1.5 hours at the dealership. Received an email after my service saying sorry we missed you , indicating that the service advisor classified me as a walk in.
It was a smooth and pleasant vehicle buying experience! The Sales Consultant was very helpful, attentive, courteous, and friendly. He sold me my desired vehicle with the features I wanted at a price significantly below my stated budget. I highly recommend that you shop first at Ford of Clermont and compare; you will be treated fair.

When I went in for my "scheduled" appointment I was greeted with "What do you want". This is how I have been greeted before at this business. Here's a suggestion, how hard would it be to say, "good morning or afternoon", "how may we help you" ect. I don't know I'm just a customer.
I love Fords. I know that's my problem.....lol. I have had 3 Expeditions over 25 years. Clermont Ford is in my town. So, I would have to go almost an hour for the maintenance services that came with my truck.
With a scheduled appointment, I waited 3 days to get my truck back! They had trouble getting a part for the breaks. They are FORD! The break shop down the street could get it that day! However, I would have had to paid Ford extra to get it that soon, for a part that should be under warranty. This is a new truck with a maximum maintenance package. You would think a loaner car would be offered, like Honda which I have, a chevy which I have had....ect but no no that's "extra". However, "We can give you a ride" and leave you stranded. Thanks and have a nice day.
I had a great experience purchasing my new Ford Mustang GT from Ford of Clermont. I had already done my research before arriving, however I worked with Ken Mleczko and from start to finish he made the process very easy. Additionally, I later discovered after leaving the dealership with my vehicle that there was a small dent in the trunk of the car. I immediately took some pictures, sent them to Ken via text and he responded within minutes that he would investigate further in the morning. Sure enough the next day I got some follow ups that they agreed it was a dent and I brought the car back in and they got it looking perfect for me. Ken was great to work with and I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new Ford!

I brought my fleet vehicle(Transit Connect) in for a transmission issue. Communication was excellent through the month and a half my van was in for service. Long story short, the dealership did great work but were hindered greatly by back ordered parts for my repair. My service advisor Kristine kept me up to date all along the way. I received my van back and it s running like new.

I had visited 5 other dealership s before coming to Ford of Clermont. My truck was broken down and no one could figure out why. The codes were cleared and kept coming back. I stopped by Ford of Clermont and was assigned to Kristine the advisor. She was awesome! My truck had many issues and Kristine and the technician tackled one issue at a time. During this stressful process, Kristine would keep me updated daily, and was very compassionate to what I was experiencing. I finally took the truck home and I am very grateful towards Kristine and the technician for their patience. I would definitely recommend Kristine and Ford of Clermont! Awesome folks there!
I purchased a 2018 F-150 King Ranch on 3/1/21. When finalizing the deal, I learned there was only 1 key available for the truck. The next day, I discovered the owners wallet card was also missing from the glove box- this contains factory default codes for door locks etc.
I purchased a second key FOB online and contacted the dealership to program. I was told there would be a charge for programming the key. They also refused to provide me the factory default codes unless I paid for that information as well.
One would expect when you purchase a vehicle near 50k, the vehicle information would come with it or be provided to me ?

I just purchase a Ford product from another dealer a few days earlier and a smaller issue arose. Carlos and Philip were very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. I bought a used car in February of 2021 and a week later I noticed a shake. I called and was told that the weight in my tires needed to be balanced. After that not working I brought it back and they told me the same thing the weight in my tires needed to be balanced. I drive home with another shake and was told well maybe its something wrong with your transmission. First question how can you sell me a car with a bad transmission? so they tell me to go to chevy and have it looked at. They tell me that I have 2 broken motor mounts and a bad converter. Second question the 2 broken motor mounts are visual things, so how can you not see that they are broken? After my second time going they did a full inspection of the car and they checked all good on everything. Well i guess they really didn't look or even care. I would not recommend anyone buy a car here and if you do good luck.

We went to this dealer as they had some of the lowest prices within 100 miles. When it came down to talking about numbers, the salesman was quick to put us down. We were told that as a first time buyer, I should put down at least $10,000. I found it disappointing that as a salesman he would not even try to speak to a manager, or see that my income would easily cover payments.
THEY WILL MISREPRESENT AND GET AWAY WITH IT!! Bought a 2014 car from Ford and TRUSTED the rating in print regarding the overall condition of not only the mechanical but the tires rated the highest grade. The car had very low miles and has rear-end issues as well. After driving the car in the rain and having no traction, took the car in to check the tires, they were DRY ROTTED AND FROM 2011!! We contacted FORD OF CLERMONT, and still after months no response OR CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM -
The only way this was a five star is because of one person. Kristine in the service department is the only person to talk to. Kristine saved this dealership from a total nightmare for me!!! The rest of the people have no clue!!!
I called them to remove the tire lock that comes with the new Ford Focus on Friday morning because I had a flat tire they Reffered me to find any tire shop to do it because they don t have a person that can help till Monday, I called five different tire shops in Clermont they all said they don t have the tools, Ford company are the only one that has keys to unlock these tires. If you re thinking Ford for service FORGET IT.
Recently bought a Lincoln MKZ hybrid from Ford of Clermont and am absolutely loving it! It is actually getting better gas mileage than even advertised. I worked with Ken, who was super friendly and very personable. I would highly recommend him.

I was searching for a new F250 Pick up, most dealers I visited did not have many trucks. It was my misfortune that I visited Ford of Clermont on Wednesday March 3, they had the truck that was close to what I had been looking for. I started Negotiating with a very pleasant sales person (Fernando), I left that day not sure this was the truck, I returned on Friday and made an offer, agreement was reached, I signed the sales agreement, put down a deposit, watched them park the truck with a sold sign, my name on it. My financing was even approved, I set an appointment to return and do the paper work, at that time I would have my full money down in place to close on the truck. The day I arrived to do the paper work I was approached by David (sale Manager) and told that they had sold the truck two days ago, Someone made a mistake and sold it. The story i was told was not very believable. I was assured that they would make it up to me, find me another truck, sweeten the deal!!! here we are no truck in site. I went to a local Dodge dealer today and purchased a new truck. I was a life long Ford champion, no longer. They obviously do not follow through with what they say. Beware of the Dealership.
Horrible experience....I made appt for the works promotion for my car and drove 30 minutes to and 30 minutes to an appt after finding out they didnt have my car oil filter. They shouldve contacted me prior to my appt to tell me they didnt. So the guy took my car and then told me they couldnt re-set my service light on my car. I told them no big deal ..I can google it or take to bmw and they will do it. So I asked so you dont have the filter? The guy said I could have one in 15 minutes or so but you would need to pay extra for the oil in your car....We have full synthetic put into our explorer and the same for bmw but charge extra because foreign car......crazy....Ford needs to have a lesson in customer service and should never charge extra for no reason. We will not be buying our next car with them.
Their Collision Center was so easy to work with. They kept in touch with me to let me know the progress of my repair and did a great job communicating with both me and my insurance company. The job they did was fast and perfect.

The place was very nice and new, the employees were very nice, I cant understand why i did not get new wiper blades, forward and back, or a new airfilter. Airfilters are judged by time. But how and where you drive, aka, gravel roads. Paid for deluxe package on maintenance, feels like the two step shuffle.
A tire-pressure sensor on my 2016 Mustang GT failed while driving from Ft. Lauderdale to Orlando. Clermont Ford was able to replace the sensor the next day, in just a couple of hours. The work was done perfectly. The part wasn't cheap, but that's not Clermont Ford's fault.
Had my truck Serviced at Ford of Clermont many times. On 09/19/2019, I brought the truck in for a scheduled maintenance. Cameron took care of me and made sure everything was taken care of and kept me updated on the status of the truck repair. It was a great service experience and I highly recommend Cameron and the service department at Ford of Clermont for their vehicle needs.

Our vehicle had major engine issues and admittedly, it was a struggle at first. It took a long time to get an accurate diagnosis and estimate. The vehicle was barely out of warranty but sadly Ford Corporation would do nothing to assist us. As time went on, Scotty took over our case and saw to it that the vehicle was repaired properly and at a cost less than we were expecting.
We bought a beautiful used car at what we were very satisfied was a good price from Ryan. We bought it as is and with no warranty. After bringing it home we discovered a problem that was going to be an expensive repair. They were very apologetic and offered several solutions including returning our purchase price even though they clearly had no legal obligation to do so but they certainly stepped up to respond in a very fair manner. We were very pleased with these folks and would recommend them as a great group of folks to deal with.
My Wife purchased a preowned 2018 Ford F-150 XLT from Ford of Clermont. It was a great experience for both of us. Many times sales reps only address the male. Our Sales Rep Pete Patel and Business Manager David Davis consulted with my Wife for all aspects of the selection and sale. They gave her a great deal and even got her a finance rate better than the best our credit union offers. We highly recommend Ford of Clermont and Sales Rep Pete Patel.
The FORD product itself is good... this dealership, not impressed. I was due for my oil change on my 2018 Explorer. I called and found out I couldn't make an appointment for this service, it is walk-in only. Well, that is inconvenient; I work, have a small child, so waiting around is exactly what I want to do (sarcasm). I pick a random weekday afternoon to do my walk-in hoping it wont be too busy. There's a lot of confusion out on the service drive on what to do, where to park, leave the car running, bring the keys, etc. and no one giving directions or feedback. I walk in and Katie handled my service. She was friendly and all the other staff in the front was too and everyone must have asked me if I had been helped already. I was told about an hour and half wait. I proceed to the waiting room. It was small, dingy, coffee ring stains on the side table, etc. I didn't want to set my stuff down let alone sit in the chairs as everything seemed to have a black-gray film, mind as well as have been in the shop itself. The car was finished in less than the quoted time which was nice. They did fill my window washer fluid without me having to ask, so also a plus. But they didn't even run my car through the car wash? What dealer doesn't do that? My last dealership, before I moved, schedule my routine maintenance appointments and greeted me by name on the drive. Their waiting room large and immaculate with free food, drinks, massage chairs, working stations with USB ports and outlets, etc. not that I need all that but I didn't mind waiting while my car was being worked on. I may not buy a FORD again if this is where I have to go.
Ford of Clermont is always knowledgeable and efficient in handling my car. Most recently Bill Murdock in service handled an airconditioning problem and Tom Pritchard Manager of the body shop is the most courteous and helpful person on two separate occasions. I will always take my car to Tom.
Though I didn't buy my vehicle at this dealership just over a year ago, I decided to try getting it serviced here because it is a Ford. This dealership has been outstanding in terms of service and friendliness. I have learned more about my vehicle from coming here than most other mechanics I've gone to over the last decade. It is worth coming here.
Super friendly staff. Wish they had rentals but this locations doesn t. However they do have shuttle bus which took me to my doctors appointment and picked me up.

My service agent De Al and mechanic, Joe were outstanding. My car would not start. At first, they replaced the battery. Next time it happened, they replaced the starter. A few weeks later when it happened again, they enlisted help from Ford and kept my car. You see it would start for them so they believed me but couldn t see it happen. They kept my car and with my permission drove it home each night. Finally when I came back to get the car, it would not start. They were able to diagnose the problem and fixed it. Great job! Thank you. I love my car.
