No guarantee for job, also you will not get any salary or benefit. The point of contact at the time of interview will not be there to give response.

After selection itself they will insist to get "resignation acceptance letter", asks for lots of documents such as:
1. Aadhar card
2. Pan card
3. Passport
4. Licence
5. Educational certificates
6. Complete Bank statements
7. Salary slip
8. Bank LOA
9. Affidavit
10. Resignation acceptance letter
11. BGC form
12. Signed offer letter
13. Confirmation letter for offer letter and working at client side.

Even after submitting everything, undergoing background check there is no possibility of getting job. I became jobless from March 23 2020.

After couple of emails they have arranged new interview(By August 20 2020) which will not get in scheduled time.

They will offer you more just to quit job and make us jobless. In my cases i was forced to deny offer from last trust worthy employer and other two offers.

Till now no salary, no support from Foray.

If the project was on hold or delayed there is no back up plan only reply will be "that is the issue".
