Why you people are wasting our time ? Do you have any process to conduct the interviews? After scheduling interview on April 1st with TCS i haven't receive any call from client. I tried calling you on this but no response ...if the candidate confirms he is not interested in job offer why dot you save record of that candidate and why you different people keep on calling to the same candidate again for the same job description...follow one process...
