The Footlight Club is run entirely by volunteers. We welcome anyone who would like to get involved, whether that means you sing and dance, know your way around or lighting board, or are just really good at telling people where to sit.
My dear friend, John MacKenzie, has done several plays here and I loved going to see him. Great atmosphere!
Community theater is often mistaken for amateur theater. The Footlight Club is community theater, but the performances are consistently excellent.

The space is small and comfortable. There really is not a bad seat in the place. The historic building has been restored and maintained so it serves as a very pleasant venue. The performance of Pippin was well done - talented actors, professional lighting and sound. Heads up though - it was a bit warm in the theater itself, though the building is air-conditioned.
Saw Caberet there today. It was a GREAT show! Cute little theater
We've seen several shows here and each time is special. The shows are amazing and the building adds a special touch of history.
Great community theater. Comfy seats with good views. Really friendly staff as well. Be sure to arrive early as you'll need to find street parking which can be a little tricky.
