The Footlight Club is run entirely by volunteers. We welcome anyone who would like to get involved, whether that means you sing and dance, know your way around or lighting board, or are just really good at telling people where to sit.

Community theater is often mistaken for amateur theater. The Footlight Club is community theater, but the performances are consistently excellent. Check out their online presence for a list of the performance and other entertainment they have throughout the year. You will be pleasantly surprised. As a professional photographer specializing in theatrical performances and headshots I have photographed hundreds of community and professional theater performances and I am always surprised by the level of professionalism see here.
The space is small and comfortable. There really is not a bad seat in the place. The historic building has been restored and maintained so it serves as a very pleasant venue. The performance of Pippin was well done - talented actors, professional lighting and sound. Heads up though - it was a bit warm in the theater itself, though the building is air-conditioned.
Great community theater. Comfy seats with good views. Really friendly staff as well. Be sure to arrive early as you'll need to find street parking which can be a little tricky.
