We stayed in room 909 which was not cleaned in the two days we stayed. The hair dryer was all clogged with hair and dirty, doesn t look cleaned. Our sheets had brown and yellow stains on them. Our landline phone was not working. Kids in room 907 were left in a different room then their parents which were across of our room. The kids and parents were making banging sounds all night from about 8PM to 4:30 Am. It was quite hard to sleep with all the ruckus of the children. We tried to call the front desk but our phone didn t work. The bathroom was semi nice but we had one little bottle of shampoo and conditioner for 3 people and one bar of soap. It should be common sense to give more stuff for a couple people showing up in a room. This hotel will stay at a 3 star or bellow until people start working harder the experience was very average/below average.

We have stayed at this hotel several times because of its close proximity to Mass Eye & Ear and Mass General Hospital and have been very happy with it. For Boston, the price is quite reasonable, the location is so helpful, and the reception staff are always nice. We appreciate that they offer a discount to those visiting the nearby hospitals. The hotel is also within easy walking distance of Whole Foods and many restaurants.

I have to be honest. I was there for a MGH sleep study. The atmosphere was very lax but to me that is understandable considering the current health crisis. Everyone integral to the hotel was kind, courteous and upbeat despite the fact that their restaurant and social gathering areas, no doubt a bane for these people who relied on the revenue and also probably saw good friends lose their jobs, were closed off. I don't know if the hotel staff clean the rooms used for the sleep study but mine was immaculate. I wish them the best through these difficult times and are reunited soon with the workers that have been displaced.

Incredibly polite and helpful staff that accommodated multiple requests. Very nice rooms, quiet and well maintained. Whole Foods just behind hotel makes it easy to get things to eat. Would absolutely stay there again and highly recommend it. They have great rates for Boston. Ask for AAA.

Very unclean. Our sheets had brown stains on them. We were promised complimentary water every morning. We never once saw maids or anyone come to clean We cleaned our own trash when we left. Kids screaming from 9pm to 4am was very rude. I'd say the best part was the comedic relief of the extra loud and powerful toilets.

Very convenient to MGH and nice people. The furnishings were lackluster, some in need of repair, and the bathtub drain didn't work (even though we made a special request form a bathtub for medical reasons), and the bed linens were clean but hardly luxurious; the bathroom needed more light and a designer redo...time for an upgrade or refurbishing. That said, the price was right and the discounted rate for the hospital patients was very thoughtful and appreciated. The folks working out front were terrific. This is not the Liberty Hotel, but then, it is just as convenient if you need easy access to MGH and only half the price.

Room is clean, and smelled clean, but no COVID safety clean stickers(not all places use them). No fridge, microwave. No maid service and you have to contact the desk for extras. This is common also r/t COVID.
The valet parking person is very helpful at the door and courteous. Parking is good once you get it sorted out that it isn't 100 Cambridge garage (freaking thieves 37$ for less than an hour) but the Charles garage, which is a huge difference when your handicap and coming to the hospital. Mass Gen is across the street. Masks needed and limited use in common areas are good precautions. Close to many Boston sights.
