Pretty nice venue. Very spacious and clean. Only downside is very poor cell phone reception. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Hotel:
Lovely atmosphere, the lobby and bar are very inviting and cozy with the fireplace.
The room was very clean and well appointed. Everything worked well and had a nice layout.

Meeting space:
Our room was perfect in size and space, not crowded, chairs were comfortable. I don t know if they didn t have a podium or our organizer didn t ask for one, but would have helped.

Restaurant/Bar:
Food was great! I ate at the bar and restaurant and they were both really good. I would say if you re in a hurry at breakfast, get the buffet. The two times I ordered from the menu were lengthy waits.
The raspberry mojito at the bar was good, margarita was ok.

Fitness room:
One of the bikes wobbled. And no one could find cleaning wipes for the equipment. I did appreciate the fruit though!

Great hotel. Friendly staff and very clean. Would be 5 star but they do not provide a coffee maker or mini fridge. When we did request a mini they were great about getting us one but it did not work.

Awesome LARGE 4-5 foot deep adult pool with a small kids section. Awesome large, quality TV. I was only here for one day. They MUST completely clean every room daily. Otherwise this nice hotel is a YOUTH HOSTEL!

9/16/2020: Bar is closed due to COVID-19. Restaurant has a limited menu to take back to your room. Nice place otherwise.

This was a very nice hotel. There were a few things we were not aware of, but the front desk took care of the issues for us. Much closer to our son's residence too.

Me and my 15 buddies all shared a room last year around June. It s an excellent hotel and the staff are very friendly. Not to mention, I threw a cluster bomb of pancakes in the middle of the hallway and we destroyed the pool and room.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! The rooms are outdated and the plumbing needs a major upgrade. Our first night here it was a bit warm and the air conditioning was not working. We stopped by the front desk in the morning and the agent said someone would be by to fix it during the day. After arriving back at the hotel in the evening, we found a small fan left in our room with a note stating "AC is not available fir this time to cool your room, please open balcony door for 5-10 minutes". My husband and I both have allergies and this made our stay exceptionally uncomfortable. What kind of hotel does not offer individual climate controls to guests. I have traveled all over the US and never encountered such absurdity. Also, our room was not cleaned and when we inquired about it, we were told that it is only cleaned every 3 days due to covid. Another fact that was not communicated to us at check in.

Great stay. Helpful staff made our stay very pleasant. Hotel was very clean and I felt they followed CDC guidelines thoroughly to assure guests hotel rooms and public areas were safe and sanitized.
