I contacted Siobhan of Microforum through my mastering technician in New York. My order was quite specific and included a double record set and a pretty comprehensive info booklet. All of the package artwork and text was done by family members. Siobhan patiently guided us through this process, offered suggestions for saving money and the end result is a spectacular product completed in a timely fashion for an extremely reasonable price. I’m very impressed with Siobhan’s friendly, patient and positive approach and with Microforum as a whole. Overall it was a great experience.

We have been using Microforum for our CD's and DVD's for many years now and, overall, have been very happy with their service. Sheila has always been quick to answer questions or deal with any issues we've had. When we've had rush orders, they have been very accommodating!

Fantastic work by Microforum Inc's Vinyl Record Pressing arm! Such a wonderful team and a talented staff of vinyl pressers. Their customer service and turnaround times are some of the best in the biz. The records have been bang on, and really good looking. They worked with me to create a smoky looking clear vinyl and I was seriously impressed by the sound. They also are a one stop shop and do packaging in-house - it came out totally eye candy. After working with them multiple times now, I can say I'll be back for a future release later on this year!

We recently did our first projects with Microforum, and were very pleased with the results. Normally, I'd be cautious switching to a new plant, but since our rep was Siobhan Tynan, who has been a complete ace at this stuff for a couple decades now, I felt confident to submit three LPs at once, and the stellar records we received (ahead of time, at that) bore out my faith beautifully. Excellent mastering and pressing, quick communication, top-notch print and deadlines met with time to spare-- you bet we'll be back!

We did a run of CDs and vinyl through Microforum and couldn't be more happy with not just the physical results, but the quality of support from their graphic design team and our rep Siobhan Tynan. We did the graphic layout ourselves and discovered we needed a lot of help adjusting our supplied graphics to look exactly how we wanted. Every time an issue came up we were responded to with complete positivity - never any attitude or resentment for making changes. It's the only company I'll contact moving forward when I need to do replication/duplication.

Siobhan went above and beyond for us. She took us on a detailed tour, helped decide how many to order and what made the most sense for our project. She has continued to cheer me on even after the fact and I feel so lucky to have worked with her. Will never go anywhere else again as long as she is working there!

I worked with Siobhan Tynan on two pressings at Microforum Vinyl and was incredibly pleased with the final product. The records turned out precisely as we intended and the customer service was always timely and helpful. Pressing records as un-signed band can be a daunting process, but Siobhan made sure we were well taken care of throughout the entire process. I've recommended them to all of my musician friends. If you decide to press with Microforum, you should ask for Siobhan Tynan by name!

My band Dulahan just completed our 10th CD project and it was our first experience with Microforum and couldn't be a more satisfied customer. Our account Rep Siobhan Tynan was amazing and so helpful in laying out the different packaging options available as we had always done a standard Jewel Case format in the past and we wanted to explore a different packaging look for this project. She also shepherded the project through the stages at Microforum working through the tight timeline we had created as our final editing took longer than expected. we could The product arrived yesterday ahead of schedule ( nearly unheard of anymore) and we will now comfortably hit our scheduled release date. The art and audio are spot on and the pricing was very competitive We highly recommend Microforum and will be working with them on our 2020 album project that we are already in pre production on. While I have not had vinyl records pressed through them, I have purchased some vinyl records that were pressed here. Recent reissues from Big Wreck and Russian Futurists, to name two. All of them were poorly pressed with extreme amounts of surface noise. While the vinyl records themselves LOOKED clean, they sounded horrible. I'm not sure how you can make such a poor sounding record. I will be very wary of buying anything pressed by this plant in the future. This is not a very good advertisement for those new Viryl machines.

MF is the ONLY place that delivers the goods as we like em. The sound and quality of the vinyl is just better than the usual outlets. Turnaround time can't be beat. Our rep, Siobhan is the reason it all goes to plan time and time again without a hitch! It's the little things that make the difference. 5 stars!
