Let me begin by saying both the Dr. and the staff who treated me were amazing, highly professional, and knowledgeable. My single star relates to after treatment. During my visit I was asked to provide payment prior to seeing the Dr, which I gladly did. When I went to submit a claim to my HRA for reimbursement, FAANC had already requested payment from my HRA, so I was denied. This shouldn't have been a big deal, I called and requested a refund. The Billing Coordinator stated that they had not received a check from my HRA, but she would call and get the issue straighten out. Weeks past, and three different checks from my HRA were cashed by FAANC. After numerous phone calls and emails with screen shots of where they had received and cashed , I still have not received a single call back or response from FAANC. It was confirmed by my HRA administrator (who also verified that FAANC never called to inquire about my account) that I was wrongfully double charged and she then reached out to FAANC on my behalf. Frankly the poor customer service from one, ruined my experience with FAANC. Because of this I can not recommend them.
