My favorite brunch place in Boulder! Great food, great price, and you don't have to wait 20 years like Snooze.
Unfortunately, it's not the fastest service wise. Friendly staff, but their logistics could use some work. I had a 25 minute wait with 1/3 of the tables empty, which is pretty typical.

One of the more hidden gems in the pearl street area of boulder. It has great food and drinks for brunch and it is much easier to get in than some of the more popular brunch places like the Buff and Snooze! If you try snooze and aren't pleased to wait 1.5 hours for a table then stop in next door at foolish craigs for great food and drinks

We had two great meals at Foolish Craig's Cafe while in Boulder. THe did a great job of keeping with all the new COVID protocols and made our family feel safe eating in the dining room.

The sweet breakfast items were tasty and just the right amount of sweet. We had the french toast and strawberry toast. Plenty of food!

I really enjoyed the corn beef hash and reuben. Their corn beef is made in house and is one of the better version I have had. Both were featured on Triple D and are great items to try.

This place is what Boulder used to be for those of us who lived here in the 80's and 90's. Every generation has a memory of what Boulder was, this place is pretty close toy memory of the people and ambiance that I recall. The food is excellent although servings are huge, so come me hungry.

Been twice now, this place is always fun :) I always find myself going back for an omelette (they have a "Not Denver" omelette, pretty funny) but I'm mostly there for the fun vibe and quirky, delicious options.

Foolish Craig's is a hidden gem. I can't tell you how many times I've walked by completely unaware of it's awesomeness.

We went there for my wife's birthday breakfast, intrigued by the crepes on the menu. As soon as we walked in, I had a good feeling. The variety of artwork and interesting lighting were the first things to catch my eye. The decor is unique without being contrived or overwhelming.

We started with the Warm Brie appetizer which arrived quickly and was a generous serving, even split between the two of us! The Foolish Huevos and Homer Crepe were delicious and hearty portions, a great value for the price!

I can't wait to go back so they can make me breakfast again.

ordered the foolish Craig, it came out with huge chunks of onions, and huge chunks of peppers, not edible. also the menu was bragging about the bacon, well there wasn't even a 1/2 piece of bacon in it, and it was chopped very fine about the size of one piece of oatmeal! Also both our meals came served cold, waitress checked on us after first bite and that was it. Foolish to spend that kind of money for such poor service and food quality!

Just okay overall. The coffee was really good, and the English muffin was super tasty! Those two things were the highlights.

The corned beef hash was... Okay. The plate was heavily burdened with potatoes. The beef was absolutely delicious, but just almost entirely absent. At first I thought it was hidden underneath the potatoes, but was disappointed to find that it's because it was really just a $13.50 plate of taters.

Service was spotty, but I think that was just the luck of the draw and not the norm. The other servers appeared to be very attentive around us, so fingers crossed this was a fluke!

Not sure we'll be back with so many places to try with excellent looking menus, but worth a shot.

Found out about this place from some locals, and it didn't disappoint. Food quality was superb. Service was even better. Made us feel right at home all during our first visit and even opened the door a few minutes early for us on our second visit (they took pity on two people standing outside in the snowfall with all of their luggage). The spicy Bloody Marys were off the hook - made with ghost pepper vodka. Couldn't recommend more.

Food was alright but waiter couldnt get anything right. Sent my sandwhich back cause I ordered no guacamole, they just scraped it off and sent it back out. Just lazy and unorganized. After more complaints taken off bill but the waiter didnt really seem to care and just avoided the table after.

We had our puppy with us so we needed the patio seating. Waited only 10 minutes. Daughter had the Nutella and fresh strawberry crepes, I had the brown butter caramel crepes. Soo delish!! Their sunrise Mimosa was great too. Had fun people watching on a nice sunny day.

It being my first time, I was not impressed. The wait was about 35 min. The service took a bit, and I felt it wasn t that busy to be waiting that long to get served. The food wasn t solid. I had the breakfast tacos. The tortilla was stale and the black beans didn t have any flavor. My friend ordered the corned beef hash and the English muffin was not toasted. My other friend had the chicken fried steak with grits. The grits didn t have any flavor and it was cold. Very disappointed.

The Blintz was superb! It was sweet without being overwhelming, and had just a touch of tartness from the fresh strawberries, mellowed by the bananas. The portions were surprisingly large! The Blintz was four individual crepes, each large enough to be a grand dessert on their own.

Environment is fun, very colorful art on the walls. Nice variations on the menu with easy/accessible protein varieties for Vegheads and our carnivore friends. Fun take on a Huevos Ranchero, its on a crepe. Vegan sausage was flavorful. Their coffee is just ok, bit weak, but the food was fun and tasty.

Breakfast was amazing. We had two crepes, one sweet and one savory - both fantastic. A huge step up from your traditional breakfast places in town that charge you steep prices for things you could make at home. Craig s is our new breakfast/brunch spot.

Honestly... probably my favorite food in Boulder. I know there's a lot of competition in this town but really everything is so GOOD. great veggie dishes for me, great filling meaty dishes for my husband and easy good Gluten Free options for my sister. Can't go wrong. Busy on big college / CU weekends but at other times its perfect

There's really nothing foolish about this place other than their ridiculous logo that looks like my dog drew it during her weekly paws and paints class. They made normal food and when even charged us for it. In general I'd say it was a very serious establishment. I'd sue them for false advertising but I'm sure they have lawyers given how not foolish they are.

I ordered a southwestern salad and the corn in the salad was completely bad/soured. I could barely eat any of it because I had mixed the corn into the whole salad. Bummer of a lunch. The fries were great though.

This restaurant wouldn't have been my first choice or any choice if I wasn't incredibly hungry. Plan A and Plan B fell apart and I had to tame the growling lions in my stomach. Let's just say that the experience along with the food made me think that perhaps going hungry would've been better. The place is annoyingly small, the staff was a sloppy young. I sat at the bar where I could over hear the disheveled staff talking about customers. The Tempeh Reuben Sandwich was cold, the bread was almost soggy from an unknown source, there was no flavor and overall not worth the calories. I absolutely loathe wasting food but unfortunately, I didn't know a passel of hogs where I could gift the food. Please don't get me started on the " Greek Salad" that I ordered with it. Lets just say I needed extra napkins to wipe the oil oozing from my mouth and fork from one bite.

In town from Dallas, TX and staying in downtown Denver. Googled breakfast and came across this place. Due to covid they aren't seating inside. They only have 8 tables for outside seating. Had to wait over an hour for a table but that wasn't a problem as there is shopping in the area and I had already driven over 30min to get there so I wasn't leaving. I'm glad I didn't as the food was amazing. The next time I'm in Denver, I will definitely stop to eat

Good food. Typically, my only issue is the servers; they oftentimes seem to be college students that don't really care. Nevertheless the brunch is always good and they have quality breakfast cocktails

Very relaxed sort of space. The food is tasty af, but not very photogenic, the service is laid back, and they comped a couple drinks just for being Valentine's Day. Overall a huge win, just VERY chill.

Great hip & quirky spot for brunch. It can get crowded so be prepared. We met up there on a Friday at 11:30 before a wedding & it was a 45min wait. Try the Breakfast shot : Jameson & butterscotch schnapps w/a shot of OJ & a slice of BACON! It works!!

We came here after attempting to go to Mountain Sun Brewery. The atmosphere is chill and our waitress was super nice. The menu is kind of eclectic, but in a good way. We loved our food and drinks. The brie appetizer was perfect for a sweet craving. Portions were generous.

Very good food!

Very good food!

The crepes have exactly the right level of complexity for before I'm fully awake: not too busy but enough to be interesting.

If you like grits, they're better than the house potatoes, but both are fine.

Biscuit was probably above average for the North.

All in all, I'd come back again for sure!
