They are clearly a reputed name. However they seem to be overstaffed and disconnected with each other in their way of working. They took my order with much enthusiasm but never worked on it. Everytime I'd call, they'd have some excuse. Their sales rep seemed very out of touch with the product and couldn't help us understand anything. After a week of following up with them, decided to go with a different vendor.
