My experience with Foodsby has been always been great, albeit I almost always order cold food.

I have had hot food orders come lukewarm, but also come plenty hot.

Out of the 30 some orders I've made, I've had one late order, which was fully refunded by Foodsby automatically within hours.

I see some bad reviews here complaining about cold food and late service, which is disappointing. So far, I've been pretty happy with the service itself and the customer service as well. Its a good value, and I often receive coupon codes that make that value better.

Food Safety Issues... I didn't get a salad I ordered until 1:10pm when they said it was been delivered at 11:15am. There was fish on the salad. I didn't want to risk getting sick. To top it all off, they got my toppings wrong by adding peanuts instead of cucumbers... good thing I don't have an allergy!

Every single time I order from these people there is a problem. More often than not I don't get my food. One star is too good. Once again today I have no lunch even though I got a message saying it was delivered. The food was never delivered because the receptionist has to let the people in the door, she said the restaurant I ordered from did not come in. In my opinion this is the WORST food delivery company out there.

I've been using Foodsby at my apartment complex for month, its on-time, fresh, and I've only had a problem once and customer service was fast and helpful. Nothing but good things to say, highly recommend. INFINITELY better than other food delivery services.

This food service has potential but I am not about to help it get better on my time or money. I have ordered through here several times, and like other reviewers, I have been missing items over and over again. Each time something was missing, I requested that I receive a refund and this was seamless; however, the inconveniences this brings has been just too much. Today, February 5, 2020, my meal never even showed up. This is a work lunch service and people do not have all day to wait for things to be right or show up whenever they get around to it.

The Foodsby concept is great and when it all works, that's still the truth. However, the problem is that they have no decent customer service team or anyone you can get in touch with reasonably (i.e., no phone number) and with a food delivery service that's tricky. For example, today they had problems with their system and sent out an email saying we had issues and we'll refund anyone affected but no information regarding whether my order was still coming or not so now I'm trying to figure out a way to find out if I need to order food from somewhere else or not, otherwise I won't have lunch. I've sent emails, messaged on social media, messaged through the app and still no response. It's just not reasonable to not provide a phone number for folks to reach out to and get answers quickly with food delivery. If they can figure that out - I think they'd be good but until then I'm going to be more hesitant to use them knowing I can get ahold of anyone if issues arrive or my food is late, etc.

I own a restaurant and this company is a joke to work with. The people are nice enough but they charge people a delivery fee which you don t see even though your paying your own employee to drive to these businesses and drop food off.
Also had someone order a salad from me who said did not have enough dressing on salad and they in turn refunded the people for the salads and took the money out of my money as well as gave them a $5 gift card all without once contacting me to ask first. This is a joke and they are not working on fixing any of there problems. Please do not work with this company. It s a joke.

This is the best way to connect with your favorite local restaurants for lunch. Flat $1.99 delivery fee for a meal that's scheduled for your lunch break. Plan ahead, pick your favorite lunch option for the night before and get it freshly made for tomorrow's lunch. This isn't meal delivery at-large. It's planning a meal from a local restaurant that profits them. They are the drivers, they work with Foodsby. This makes sense.
