I ve had this company for approximately 20 years. Never disappointed. Very professional, from telephone contacts to the servicemen . A pleasure to work with. I recently had to update some equipment. The serviceman came on time, as usual for them, and practiced Covid19 safety. I recommend them without reservations!

so far no problem but SIGNED a lease for 5 years without reading the fine prints. When i say fine prints i mean very small hidden. ADT offer the same if not better for less, and 3 years contract. If you have to sign a contract for this long, it shows you how a company needs to lock you in to keep doing business. I don't have contract with my clients but they keep coming back because of my services. My fault for not reading the contract and trusting them.

Just in process of having cameras and new keypads installed. Great service. Have used this company for over 20 years.

My son gave several friends our home alarm keypad code. I found out and called the alarm company late Saturday afternoon and left a message. They called back immediately and remotely changed my alarm code. I was impressed that I had immediate service on a weekend.

My house was broken into on Superbowl night while my family and I were away. I didn t set the alarm before leaving the house so when we got home we were completely caught of guard. Needless to say I was afraid to stay home that night so we stayed with family. I called Burglar Alarm Services first thing Monday morning and they had a technician out within hours to fix the damage caused by the break-in. We now can rest easy knowing that our home is secure thanks to the staff at Burglar Alarm Services. I highly recommend this company! I will definitely be setting my alarm all the time after this scary event.

Burglar Alarm Services has been taking care of OMG National for years. They've worked with us as we've expanded, repositioned sensors and keypads when we added a new suite, and they always show up when we call. They also manage the network themselves locally and are even helpful when you have an accidental alarm setoff. Highly recommend!
