What a clean and friendly environment thank you foodland keep up the great work.
Cool store. Cant really say much more. We don't have this place in nz so for me its different hence why I liked it
Much expensive than the one at Maui island. The same Lion Vanilla coffee powder was priced 2 for $10 at Maui branch but $6.99 each here. Even ABC store was cheaper.
The poke bowl here has a wide variety of fish and seasonings, such as spicy salmon bowl. If you are lost, you can taste before purchasing. Rice is also warm (rice) that you would eat in Japan. The price is around $ 10, which is much better than eating at a restaurant. You can eat in places like food courts, but no chips are required. It is good to take back to the hotel and eat while watching the sea at Lanai
Go there once a month for the flowers to take to the grave yard.
Spotty deli sandwich counter but everything else is terrific
Wide range of products though some stuff are rather pricey
What an experience visiting the Ala Moana location recently. I can hardly wait for the Kapolei location to open. I was amazed by the quantity of Poke that was available in the refrigerator showcase and the people lining up to purchase. Beautiful store.
Great place to shop for groceries for going to the beach, home or getting together with friends. Love their already made foods to go.
One of the best quality poke is there. Pricey but the quality is worth it.
The recommended replacement for the now closed Beretania store. The Ala Moana store is smaller, with less selection, and for a Sunday morning not as prepared as Beretania used to be or Market City was this morning. They honor the sale prices in the ads but for other regular items prices are higher. I guess it goes with the pricey mall rent that they have to pay for them somehow.
At 8 am there was no poke or pork rinds ready and the salt and vinegar wings looked like they were soggy and leftover from the previous day. Left there and went to Market City and the seafood case was fully stocked with multiple varieties of poke, there were 3 flavors of pork rinds packaged and ready for purchase, and fresh salt and vinegar wings ready for purchase at 8:25 am when I walked into the Market City store.
Parking at Ala Moana is typically bad. If you park in front of the store you will be unable to easily head back to the mauka side of the mall afterwards. If you park on makai side you must cross 4 lanes of traffic to get to the store. Because of the congestion on the street level I think it's easier to park on the mall level and walk down and then back then deal with the craziness down there.
It is recommended to order a bokeh ball and eat at the eat-in corner.
Great service, fast lines for poke bowl and fast lines for check out... Had seats to dine in
Big store in the shopping center. Hot food served beside your everyday grocery shopping
Delicious, colorful, all the variety, and my loved ones enjoy it and will eat there with me!
Love Foodland in Ala Moana! Produce very neatly stocked. All cashiers are very friendly and always smiling w/c other supermarkets don't have.
If I had to eat at the Alamo Ana Food Court, it was the best of the three. Poke is delicious too, and there is a wide table space to eat after the calculation. (There are many other pizza and sandwich bento products too.) The products are well organized, there are lots of organic fruits and vegetables, and I enjoyed watching the beer and wine types more than any convenience store in Waikiki. I was so impressed to sell a brochure that was also made by Kombucha.
It is a grocery store in Ala Moana Wana Center. It is very beautiful in the shop. We are rich in assortment and it is recommended.
The store is very organized and clean. The shelves are well stocked. Great place to grab some groceries when staying in Waikiki.
Open about a year ago. Located on the ground floor of Ala Moana across the parking lot from the Shirokiya Village Walk. Nice supermarket and the prices are not to expensive. Items on sale are average prices you would find in honolulu. The hot food and sandwiches are pretty good. Good supermarket if you live in the Ala Moana area. The bread here is good too, although a little expensive. Check this place out.
Plenty space to move very updated restrooms poke wide exellent food and service friendly
This is by far my favorite Foodland. Layout is great. Choices are the best, lots of 'em. Always clean and neat. Store is in a great location, easy to find.
Lots of freshly prepared foods and quality produce. Good local beer selection as well.
Great for munchies but I wish the biki rack was closer
We came here for poke. It was delicious! Make sure to ask for chopsticks at the service counter if you want them.
A great full service supermarket. Everything from staples to liquor to souvenirs. Not too pricey, too, given it's in the middle of hotels and condos.
Mixed Plate chicken and steak chicken was tender moist...ono!!! Steak now that's another story it's like Goodyear or Firestone where the rubber meets the road garlic shrimp very good got to have horseradish with everything service was excellent.
Great shopping place. They have everything you need and more. Great fresh Poke. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Seemed a bit expensive but I m from Toronto so May very reasonable for Hawaii. Very busy place and worth stopping at. Enjoy!
Fantastic selection -nice little wine&beer bar in the store. Recommended
Incredible find in a shopping mall in Waikiki. Healthy options at a very good price
They have a wine and cheese bar in the middle of the super market!
As it is at the end of the Ala Moana shopping center, it took a while to get there. But when I arrived, it was fun just because the arrangement of fruits and vegetables was beautiful and I was walking around. I bought fresh fresh juice, cut fruits and tote bags that look healthy.
There were also lots of food and beverages.
Love going to Foodland Ala Moana. I can get anything I want and eat it there.
Great place to get good quality food. Lots of variety and specialty products available!
I turned in my bonus points. And registered at the register and saved 40 dollar's. Savings in this town is paramount. Be smart.
It s a very clean supermarket. Ahi Poki is also delicious.
Went to foodland Alamoana on Thursday for corn beef that was on sale was given wrong info went to pay then cashier told me it was the wrong corn beef and went back to get the right one for me SO NICE OF HER didn't get her name but noticed people using store utensils making there own plates (not very good with the corona sickness and no one wiiping utensils and counters)
The dishes are abundant, too. It is close to shopping and is good.
Lots of selections. Even a bar inside, although I didn't stay long enough to have a drink. Shopping was easy. Great service at the cashier. And customer service was able to answer my questions about Hawaiian miles and linked my account with maika'i, easy.
Good food everywhere... as long as your not there at 5am like me. Select available at 5am.
Ala Moana's Foodland is the best. Make your own salad bar, hot entrees, mocha ice cream and shave ice, indoor wine bar, poke station, make your own pizza or sandwich. Everything.
Very clean and organized. The food is fresh and reasonable in price.
I miss the Beretania one but this place is amazing! Has almost everything you want to eat and then some! Be prepared because it is crowded and parking at Ala Moana is always an adventure!!!
probably the best foodland ive been to,love the bakery, deli ,sushi, desert, sandwhich stations fruits and veggie area well whole store set up nicely great for on the go people .
We have never been to a foodlands before. There are two within walking distance of the Ala Wai small boat harbor, which is where we stayed for a few days after arriving from the mainland.
It is a very good grocery store, local and very Hawaiian with Hawaiian local Specialties.
There is also a bar in the center of the store, which seems to be a destination, rather than someplace to catch something quick while shopping.
Very nice, very well-trained staff.
Best grocery store chain in hawaii, this location shares parking with the mall so good luck finding a storefront parking spot
This store is fantastic. Excellent presentation and great range of fresh produce and dry goods. This supermarket is comparable to Australian supermarkets.
Always great. Bathrooms could use some additional attention
Where to sell poke by weight. It's really delicious. It's a pity that you can't eat and wrap here, but you can leave and eat!
Very nice selection of fresh food. Prices are way more reasonable than some other tourist areas. Very clean, and very friendly staff. Great market!
Wonderful food selections and a beer and wine bar you can enjoy the food at. Very attentive staff at THE BAR.
A great place to get Poke and other ready to eat food items. The Poke selection is fantastic. The limu ahi and wasabi salmon are amazing! I came here twice for poke during my trip to Oahu.
Grocery store attached to the All Mia a mall. Worth the trip if you want to stock up on macadamia nuts to take home. Much cheaper than Waikiki shops. Fun place to see locals shopping and to gasp at what residents pay for basic goods.
Great place for groceries. Mall is conveniently located next door. Some great food are prepped in the market as well.
ATM service, fresh foods and again walk in spectrum bill payment, yay.
Friendly and helpful staff. It has everything and more that you may want. Great Poke selection to choose from. Bakery and prepared foods to go also. Coffee bar with food with a sit down section.
It is so clean with fresh food daily. Amazing customer service.
Good place to go and eat. Lots of choices. All types of food.
Nice fresh sliced Parma prosciutto and Italian Bresaola (cured meat). Great place for buying Hawaiian Tuba poke, my favorite is the dynamite poke!
Very nice, very clean. Good selection. Reminded me of being back on the mainland.
