As i am ex employee of this company. I have given only one star because it having a reason , is from my flat theft a stolen my office laptop and some cash and for the same i have done FIR also and in same day i have putted the mail also to aHR and Finance dept. But at the time leaving the Company they have not confirm the amount of full and final and after 45 days i have received only 30k and 50 k is deducted for my laptop.. So for employee it is very bad co.Where i think company Do insurance of their assets.

Ordered 2 Fastags which were not delivered & no action was taken against this. Don't order , worst experience ever. Cyber complaint needs to be filed against this company for frauds.

Bad experience. Uninstalling the app & never using again.

Hi Sir,
I am trying to connect with your support team last 2.5 month for my money that is stuck in your paytm, But till now they didn't do any needful things to me. Even they have deleted my conversation on PAYTM Chat, VERY PATHETIC SERVICE Not expected reputed Company.

Ekdum chor company he ye. Kyc would do ni with Kyc docs. These scammer work in Chinese company. 8th hour office me and then fraud from outside.

Really it is too much bad company beyond your imagination
Some one made fraud through Paytm but from last 72 hours they did not take any action
No one is there to attend customer complaints

No one charge for KYC but Paytm is charging for KYC
