Organic supermarket. Situated in the Alamoana underground parking, easy access and parking
Great place to shop for your daily or weekly requirements. Many pick up and go prepared foods.
Fried chicken is better than I thought
When eating big fruit is burdensome
Often used for coffee bean ~~
Some of the better prepared meals for a grocery store.
To shop or dine there? It's a great place for food and more
I love this place, wish they had one in .MILILANI!! Hint hint!
Best Foidland on the island: wine and dine, and offbeat small gift items.
Foodland is a clean and nice place to do some grocery shopping but the prices are so high and expensive. They should rethink about that.
Supermarket in Ala Moana Center. Vegetables and fruits are fresh. We recommend buying pokes that are always in line. We also recommend the wine bar in the center of the store.
Great place with groceries and stuff to eat. They take out the Poke to early.
Love this store. You could find some fruits that are rarely available in their competitors. I like their ambiance. They have good selection of food in their food court. It's a bit pricier though but that's...why. The shopping experience of the rare finds is worth it!
Lots of local varieties of foods, hot bar, salad bar, bentos , pastries.
Became a member at the cash register and applied the member price from the day's accounting.
The difference with Whole Foods was not as noticeable as the brightness of the electricity and the size of the store.
This Foodland is literally true to its name: it is a land of food. I remember bringing my family from Australia to pick up some snacks for their hotel here and they were flabbergasted by the variety of foods and snacks to be had. They absolutely loved the poke and as this is the only Foodland to offer the dynamite ahi (tuna with wasabi coated over it, amongst other spices and unagi sauce) we made sure they took a half pound with them. Definitely one of the best Foodland markets on the island, maybe 2nd to the one in Kaneohe.
I really like this place, I stop in here whenever I come to Hawaii
I am happy that it is new and clean. You might like Poki here a lot. From souvenirs to procuring rice during your stay. However, since the upper floor became TARGET and 5th, it was not possible to go up and down, so it was inconvenient. The basement (1st floor) is connected.
There was a bar counter (up to 8pm) where you can drink wine. There is also a food corner where you can take home hot and cold buffets and a corner where you can order your favorite lunch. I personally like this more than Shirokiya. Because it is a supermarket, you can not eat and drink in the store, but it's very convenient. The price of the whole supermarket is high, but it is recommended for high-end customers as it handles organic products.
I got sick from eating here. Unless you want to vomit for more than 36 hours, do not eat here.
All of my family members have food poisoning after eating the food I bought here.
Awesome laulau/ poke bowl!! Excellent customer service!!!
There are many kinds of foodland itself.
This is also substantial
When you go to the Ala Moana Center, you'll find us.
By saying farms
There are more delis than ordinary food land.
There is also a measure of selling kombucha
When I went to Ala Moana Center
So I think it's worth seeing.
However, compared to whole foods
It's a normal super feeling.
Leeanne is the best cashier! Pricey but quality is great for everything !
The foods are fresh, everything keeps clean, staffs are friendly. I purchased some tropical fruits with good quality
Yes! Keto friendly foods! Super clean and nicely laid out. Very happy to find Keto stuff. Shared and covered shopping mall parking. Free One hour parking slots by Foodland and seemingly secured area as there were security visible as I walked in/out grocery store. Has a few food vendors on your immediate left upon entering and customer service desk in the front. They have express lines and regular lines. Inside cheese/wine bar with stool seating and service available. Bulk items such as granola, steel cut oats (organic & regular), coffee, etc. Clean bathrooms in the far right behind seafood/ dairy s double doors. Scored navel oranges and coconut water sales too.
Poke station (TIP: take a number when ready to order/sample) was busy for late lunch/early dinner time on a Friday (around 3:50pm).
2ND TIP: wooden chopsticks/plastic cutlery and napkins and some condiments available after main cashier checkout area, near the food vendors.
BONUS TIP: You can easily get a free Makai frequent shopper card by either going to customer service and/or just going to the cashier and providing a phone number and you score the sale prices.
REMINDER: bring your own bags!
This large relatively new, grocery store, is one of the finest on the island, or anywhere.
So cool...! It's like Whole Foods but with standard Foodland fare and local selections. I want to try the sundaes with the Pocky in them, but alas, I haven't had any income in months and therefore cannot afford to drop $8 on ice cream.
Friendly staff and good selection of food, from prepared dishes or snacks to produce, groceries and beverages. There are less expensive places but the layout is very inviting.
It is easy to shop with a large selection of items.
I wish my neighborhood Foodland has all that you can find here. It's kind of like a WholeFoods + Foodland in one.
Best ever. Beautiful food, a wine bar, furikake poke. If I could I'd just live here.
We can't say enough about this store. Their hot and cold food bars are incredible!! Breakfast buffet is delicious and well stocked. The salad bar has a great variety of delicious ingredients. Their cold food bar was my favorite - the Okinawan potato and kale salad is incredible!!!
There's a wine bar, an excellent selection of house-made poke, VERY generous handmade sandwiches, hand made bubble waffles and bubble tea, even handmade ice cream sandwiches!!!
I wish all foodlands were as incredible and well stocked as this one.
The shop of tuna rice bowl on the left as soon as entering is rich in variety, it is delicious and I want to go again.
Great Variety of foods on the go! Has a very quaint area for wine tasting as well. Very nice display areas for vegetables n fruits bright colors all around the store. Staffs are friendly and eager to help you find all that you may need. Very busy in the mid morning and evening times.
Ended up having to drop nearly $30 because they dont know what a damn scale is...
You can buy a lot of delicious deli and rare beer at low prices. If you can't afford Whole Foods, here is enough! It would have been perfect if there were coffee and granola sold by weight.
Lots of tasty takeaway options, including fresh pizza, poke, and sandwiches. Always long checkout lines. Avoid the food court inside the mall, eat here instead.
Excellent store with many alternative choices and to go snack & meal options. Decent beer & wine selections.
Very clean store, very busy and hard to find parking for this one but it is free. Great selection of foods both hot and cold and a great poke bar. Very friendly staff and there was staff walking around asking if you need help.
I LOVE FOODLAND... THEIR POKE VERY FRESH & MARINATED WELL AS WELL THEIR FRUITS ARE FRESH AND TASTY ...PLUS I LOVE THIS POKE GROCERY BAG ...
You can enjoy it just by looking at the various ingredients in a local super feeling. There is an eat-in space, and there are disposable knives and forks.
It is good to buy a lunch here and eat in the park on the sea side.
This is a really nice grocery store with a high quality deli section.
Was in heaven a bit seeing all the immaculately laid out food and options. The poke is insane too!
Store is always clean, staff is always super friendly and helpful. Varied selection of goods. Tasty foods. Decent prices. Haven't seen a single ghost or goblin. Possibly my favorite shop.
Nice place for a good lunch . The new lunch court in food land has lots to choose from.
There are a lot of organic food here, and there are many things you can choose, such as prepared foods and choice cakes.
In my opinion, it is also good to have a favorite high steak! Moth
Sooo good. But you can spend your whole paycheck pretty quick in here.
If you're just eating out and worrying about your wallet and stomach, it's fun to buy a boxed lunch here and eat it in your room. There are also sushi and rice balls!
Very nice, great selection, but pricey. Would probably go to Wal-Mart for the essentials and here for more unique stuff. On par with whole foods with some things and you can tell that's the market they want to draw. Nice salad bar and cooked food bar if youre looking for lunch and the bar in the store gives the husband somewhere to hangout.
I went to spectrum to exchange my cable box.not foodland farms.
Amazing store with good product at reasonable price
Bummer. Foodland was closed due to refrigeration problems. Hope they are able to fix the problem before food starts spoiling.
The interior is clean and full of cleanliness. I also like the fact that you can choose your favorite dish at the deli, put it in a box, and feel free to eat it in the store Among them, the tuna and octopus poki are the best! ! ! As they will let you taste, you can choose the flavor you like ^^ The clerk's brothers are all smiling and great customer service whenever you go!
I haven't really taken a detailed account of the store or it's process compared to say the one on Beretania, but it's a really nice branch that's seems to have everything the others do and more. BUT, this is my new favorite place to fill my kombucha growlers. They have 6 different flavors on tap. Only drawback is you can't bring other branded growlers like Whole Foods, you have to use the company's. I personally like this brand over SKY, but that's just me.
The display is also nice, the first floor of Ala Moana.
