a bad switchboard service: In the middle of the conversation you listen to other users with different cases but the operator does not give any answer to the question posed. Call Center reservations analysis 892118 "GHOST": A registration addresses 892000 ???????? no answer. But in short, a poor patient as he must do to access the services ????

I don't thank the ICU, I don't thank neurosurgery. I just say "no thank you" but if I could I would say something else. I hope that what I have lived you do not have to live ... never, but I am aware that only in this way would you realize.

Withdrawal Center: Many money spent, a lot of technology, but the system eliminating queues works badly. It is confusing, same colors to indicate acceptance and withdrawal. Rooms bad, badly reported and far from the waiting room. I had booked the acceptance online at 9.00 am my number came out at 9.30

Curious that the 5 stars are given by the local guides and that they begin on how the structure is made. One even writes "I don't have the scientific skills to judge ....". But what are we talking about? Let's say then that it is a beautiful hospital, amiably disorganized and with pleasantly rude staff. Perhaps useful for placing relatives, nothing more. 1 Star because zero is not possible.

University polyclinic located in the south-eastern quadrant of the city: Goddess of 1 'level (reference for the area south-east of Rome, as well as cardiac surgery) various well-assorted departments, many of which are important centers of excellence. Easily accessible from the ring road. To improve the parking area (I think the ideal would be to increase the number of parking spaces).

We were here on Sunday for the dental emergency room. Don't make the mistake of going to the normal emergency room, because they are not in the same place. Compared to normal first aid, continue straight to the end and the entrance is always on the right. Once inside cross the entire structure and it is the last door on the left.
We arrived at 6.35 pm and the emergency room would close at 8. We were practically the only ones and after an immediate acceptance my partner was immediately called for the visit.
Always a certainty!

AND LET US MAKE YOU A FAVOR: Close it !!

AND LET US MAKE YOU A FAVOR: Close it !!

Due to a sudden fever of 40/41 of my son who does not even lower with Tachipirina tablets and blood pressure to 42/102, my wife not knowing what to do more makes up the 118 at 09.45.
And that is where our odyssey begins. Since the first aid area is this, the ambulance is forced to bring us here.
Triage, green code, blood withdrawal.
Three hours pass, no news.
Then they say the analyzes are ok.
Meanwhile the boy is cold and the fever rises.
14:00 (4 hours of waiting), with his usual kindness my wife asks about.

So after a few minutes are finally at his temperature and thus make him an IV with Tylenol.
We ask for news for the visit with the doctor, we have two people ahead.
They spend another 4 hours so (8 hours of waiting) and other IV paracetamol.
Thus we arrive, at 11 hours of waiting. We ask news for the medical examination and tell us that we now have 5 people in front, that we should stay overnight in PS.
At this point we decide to remove the cannula and leave with the intention of going to another emergency room if the child gets worse.
11 hours for no reply.

Note: today 10.07.2019, noon, 4 nurses (orange gowns) said that though the doctor for 68 patients was only one unfortunately.
So if you lack the funds, because the state pays 6 people to receive the people, that it takes two minutes per person, but does not pay doctors and assumes ??
On top of that, to be reported: waiting room with door that does not close, paper hands full, hands soap exhausted. Hospital disinfectant: this stranger.

Treated pathology

Sudden high fever and low blood pressure.

Excellent structure always in order with many types of clinics and different departments for admissions from medicine to surgery etc.etc.
The ophthalmic department is a true excellence, the various teams alternate perfectly, I was lucky enough to meet with the team of Professor Nucci which includes several excellent professionals such as Dr. Naples and Dr. Martucci but in real I must say that the trainees are all in very good too, always kind and available despite the people who come to me every day.
I definitely recommend it.

Being a university polyclinic, there is an abundance of practicing staff that makes the service more punctual and perhaps even efficient. Parking is very large and free, but it fills up early.

On 13/7, I accompanied my mother who has been under treatment for 1 year in the orthopedics / osteoporosis department for a check-up visit. I was forced to accompany her because accidentally a few days earlier she had fractured a foot falling.
The doctor on duty who visited her, to check if the problem of osteoporosis worsens, having seen her with a broken foot, has not allowed herself to ask "but what did she do to the foot" ??? No, he was taken by reading the analyzes; first human and professional gesture !!! After the visit, she greets her cordially; I was outside the door; my mother in a wheelchair: "excuse me doctor, or he will accompany me outside, or he will call me my daughter, you know I can't get up on my own"! according to human and professional gesture, the kind doctor "ah yes, I will accompany you out of the room "!! How nice, to see so much humanity in certain places, and to think that a job like that of the doctor requires so much ... I think. Rating 2 to the sensitive and very human doctor, congratulations.

In recent days I went to the PTV for blood tests. ...

In recent days I went to the PTV for blood tests. Unfortunately, I have found that no preventive measures have been adopted for covid. In fact, there was the usual throng of people waiting who, due to their excessive number, had partly moved into the corridor, hindering the path of all patients headed elsewhere. The waiting times were, as always, excessively long. Online booking for 09.40 am, Confirmation appointment at 09.12 am and from that moment all blocked on the spot because the call for acceptance does not happen chronologically but randomly. Finally, having survived the crowd and the confusion, with a distance of a few centimeters (!) Between the patients, at 10.08 I arrive at the admission. It's not over because only at the next 10.46, that is, after 1 hour and 12 minutes I am able to enter the sampling room. I saw that some waiting people did not use the masks in the prescribed manner. In the corridor I saw an infinite number of people with white coats pass but none of these, evidently, reported the serious risk of a covid outbreak caused in a polyclinic due to the indifference of the governing bodies. What is the competent ASL 2 waiting to intervene?

I'm in neurology, and so far it seems like heaven. I still want to report the horrible passage of almost three days in the emergency room / red area !!! Many elderly people also, forced on a stretcher that begged for a little water. Nobody listened to them. It was just a hell.

A year ago I presented with a paralysis of the left leg caused by two hernias that didn't even allow me to walk upright (I was 7 cm lower), I was told that I was young and that I just need a bit of bed rest to make them reabsorb, they still did the pre-hospitalization but after 4 months they never called me, my parents took me to the cto because by now I didn't walk more autonomously unless under heavy painkillers. Today I did electromyography and diagnosed nerve damage due to the prolonged crushing of one of the two hernias. I am 33 years old, and at my age I do not feel half of my leg, having to do physiotherapy 3 times a week probably for life is living with constant pain and electric shock, it is not acceptable. It would be enough to really realize the problems that the person who comes to ask for help, get off the pedestal for a moment and look carefully at the person in front of him.

I was very impressed by this hospital, in a positive sense: first of all it is easily accessible by public transport, from the metro A station "Anagnina" there is bus 20 which stops near the entrance. Outside there are ample parking for those who come with their own means of transport. The hospital is large and very clean, plus I didn't find a very long queue like in others in the city of Rome. Following the directions, you will quickly arrive at the cash desks. In the hospital there is a sleep medicine center, one of the few in the capital. For what is my experience, I can declare that it is truly a center of excellence: with the referral and the payment receipt I went to the ward, and I found Dr. Francesca Izzi and two other young doctors, who underwent took my problem to heart. I was prescribed a polysomnogram and a subsequent neurological check-up (in a few months), plus taking a Circadin tablet before bed. In another hospital in Rome, I did not feel the same welcome and humanity, besides the fact that here I felt taken seriously. I absolutely recommend the sleep medicine center of the Tor Vergata hospital, and I thank Dr. Izzi and her team for their professionalism.

Bad ER experience. I arrive in the afternoon around 14:00 to the emergency room, with my face swollen on one side, under the jaw I feel as if I have inflamed nerves. The two nurses of the triage, without even visiting me or at least touching the part, dismiss me with a hasty diagnosis that according to them it is an access to some teeth and invite me to go to Umberto I, to the dental emergency room. I run to my trusted dentist and categorically excludes the dental diagnosis, but immediately thinks of an occlusion of the salivary glands. He gives me an ultrasound and confirms the diagnosis. Antibiotic cure is expected to pass. I think that covid has put underfoot the professionalism that once was, they put unqualified personnel to the triage, fearing alleged diagnoses. How can you make such hasty diagnoses, without even passing a visit, if it were a more serious thing?

For the complex 3-star structure because it could improve being one of the best known not only in Rome but also abroad, it has many departments of hospitalizations and competent doctors, it is clean in the corridors and in the various rooms with regard to cleaning but the bathrooms leave desirable, there are available distributors and coffee machines, useful guidelines

We arrive with a hospitalization base, by the general practitioner, we do triage anyway, after about 12 hours they don't have a diagnosis yet, I ask him to do a CT scan to start eliminating / identifying some cause, I am told that there are no the assumptions, to wait 4 more hours for further blood tests. We have been here for 20 hours ...... we are still waiting.
In the meantime, 3 turns have changed.
No doctor takes responsibility for a decision.
Personal .... it almost seems like I'm doing you a pleasure, nobody and I say nobody who looks at patients or gives them a smile
Maybe they don't know that I pay their salary too!

The worst or among the worst emergency rooms in Ro...

The worst or among the worst emergency rooms in Rome. Doctors and staff absent even if on duty, unspecified from a human and deontological point of view, Triad abandoned or used as a baby kinder for the children of the staff left alone to play with PCs that contain patient data and other equipment that can be damaged (taxpayers' money) so ours! Poor hygiene and nurses who seem to have just returned from the Caribbean for looks and attitudes. Waits that last 12 hours. Yesterday 19/10/2017 my mother arrives at 1:00 pm in the emergency room of the PTV, falls and lands on her face, suspected fractures of the nose, arm and concussion green code (for yellow you must be dead, let alone the red) at 18:00 apart from pressure and blood sugar nothing had been done.I refused to wait any longer and the casilino polyclinic port, arriving around 7:00 pm, after half an hour had made blood sampling, sitting pressure and raised, ecg rx and ready to scan head and arm. First aid 126 patients defined as crowded. Inside young and cute doctor (one!) Authentic nurses prepared, and educated, clean place and assisted triage.
24:00 at home and this morning plaster and surgical visit. Now I wonder how such a difference is possible between two polyclinics 2/3 km away from each other. Shame on you and your managers. I have been repeating the same experience for years. with different subjects. It would be appropriate to close them with a mass complaint ...... This is us Italians!

First aid from shit, 10 hours to wait, not to mention anything. Waiting very long, only to be called and wait another row inside. Tor Vergata General Hospital. I have no scientific competence to evaluate, from the professional point of view, the health personnel and I am convinced that too often the judgment on the outcome of the therapies, be it positive or negative, is not expressed calmly because it is rare that someone considers the initial conditions . Upon arrival I was favorably impressed by the huge spaces for free parking of private cars (although not sufficient in the morning) and by the terminus of public buses near the Polyclinic entrance. Entering the structure, the care in cleaning is immediately clear and after a brief stop at the reception desk it is easy to arrive in the ward where you want to go thanks to routes indicated by colors and signs. The refreshment areas and those dedicated to socialization are several and well distributed. One cannot but appreciate the breadth of the corridors and waiting rooms, the impressive number of elevators, capacious and very fast, all made extremely pleasant by effective air conditioning. Finally I would like to say that I had direct experience in the Emergency Department, several Departments, and Outpatients and I was moved to see that where the suffering was greatest, the commitment and the human relationship between Doctors and Nurses was stronger.

The building is in very good condition, the services offered in the various departments are average and the staff is very often courteous. The flaw in this hospital is the emergency room, slow is an understatement to say, the times I've had the misfortune to go there I have been there for an average of seven hours.
